Two Colombian citizens came to Montenegro to kill someone from the "Grand" team - Zoran Lazović, his son Petra or the owners of the company "Bemax" Ranko Ubović i Ac Mijajlović.
This is what the younger Lazović concludes, while in the telephone group he explains to his colleagues and accused criminals who the foreign citizens are, where they came from and who sent them...
While the leader of the Kavac clan Radoje Switzerland convinces them that he arrested them too soon and should have let them see who they were going to target, the arrested agent claims otherwise:
"That they got away from us, so that they are shaking us," he says Petar Lazović.
Switzerland answers him: "They couldn't do anything".
Podgorica Goran Brajović (28) and two Colombian citizens - Aleksandar Kostana Caso Jose (46) and Kaisedo Bandoj Juan David (32) were arrested in the summer of 2020, the day after Zvicer informed the police that "two butchers entered the country".
HE APOLOGIZED TO THE CHIEF OF THE CLAN
Lazović apologizes to Zvicer and his colleague Ljub Milović that if the Colombians do not speak in 12 hours, they will be kicked out of the country.
"Foot in the ass", he writes.
The leader of the organized criminal group, the Kavački clan, says that they must speak out, with the explanation: "These are evils."
However, the arrested Colombians did not "cooperate" with the police until the informal head of the Department for Special Operational Support in the Police Directorate, Petar Lazović, began to "process" them.
He boasted to his clan colleagues how the interrogation would proceed.
"A little bag, a little forest, a little river, a little hawthorn stake," he sends a message in the group chat to Zvicer and Milović.
He also conveys information about how they "interrogate" the arrested after the police let them go, but also asks Milović to send a certain A wolf from their unit with handcuff keys.
He informs the team in detail about the course of the police "processing", sends photos of the torture and information about what they say during the torture he carries out on them outside the official premises.
After sending a photo of one of the Colombians, Switzerland tells him to "skin him like an ox".
"Look at the gypsy, he has come to kill us. Skin him like an ox", writes the head of the bar to the policeman.
Then, in the messages, it is surprising that none of the members of the organized criminal group "Skaljar clan" know that their soldiers have been arrested.
"It's strange to me that none of them know that they were taken, Risto must be sleeping".
Although he claims that he "knows everything" about the intentions of the Colombians, the man from Kotor asks the two policemen: "Do we know which city they were supposed to go to" and receives the answer from Lazović that it is Podgorica.
"To yell at us in Straft. Here you will see that it is. We know. Podgorica. Said Columbus. And that there should have been an apartment waiting for them in PG"...
The Swiss also teaches the policeman how to find out who "turned over" the Colombians, concluding that the person in whose house they were sleeping did it.
That's when he teaches the policeman not to mention the information he gave him in front of the arrested, so that they don't reveal that his source is close to a member of the Skaljar clan. Mitra Knežević.
"The RPG was transferred by the one who is theirs, but don't mention it to them, because he will know who he told," writes Zvicer.
FOUR HELMETS FOR PERFORMERS
Then an escaped policeman joins the conversation Ljubo Milović, who tells the head of the clan and his colleague what the skaljarac allegedly told him Edmond Mustafa:
"Edmond called, says four dark helmets were transferred to PG at 5 this morning. That was certain for you. The engines can't come and rock. They should have invaded somewhere and sacrificed them. That's what Born says," writes Milović.
They are also told that more paid killers will enter Montenegro, but at the regular border crossing.
“Four executors. A driver and a shooter. Sent one of our people to the crossing to film and hit their escort. Let's see where it goes", writes Milović.
Lazović informs them that he will organize it immediately.
The three then literally conduct the investigation instead of the prosecutors - in the group they exchange information about who is connected to the Colombians, who sent them, through which criminal from the Skaljar clan they arrived in Montenegro, who are the targets...
"I'll give them mommy if Z and Kata wanted, because I don't know who can do anything else," said Lazović.
From the messages he sends, it is clear that under the letter "Z" is his father Zoran Lazović, whose photos from the official premises he also shares on the chat... At the time, the elder Lazović was the assistant director of the Police Directorate for the fight against crime.
From the continuous communication, it follows that Kata is the former chief special prosecutor Milivoje Katnić, whom Petar Lazović also mentions several times, and even when he talks to the head of the clan of the organized criminal group, the Kavački clan, about allegedly agreed punishments for certain criminals.
According to official police data, Brajović and two Colombian citizens were arrested on August 2, 2020. However, it follows from the correspondence on Sky that Lazović arrested them the day before. On that day, at 9.45:XNUMX a.m., he informed Zvicer and his then-suspended colleague Ljubo Milović that he had deprived the three scumbags of their freedom.
He bragged to them about the arrest of Brajović and the Colombians, whom he was looking for in the border zone with Bosnia and Herzegovina, after he was sent on that task by the head of the Kavača criminal clan.
After they found and arrested them, Lazović sent his clan colleagues messages - text and audio, as well as photos of the arrested, stating that they do not admit to anything, that Brajović stated that he was hitchhiked by foreigners and that he knew nothing about them.
Last August, Brajović and two Colombian citizens were sentenced to a total of eight years in prison by the Podgorica High Court for being members of a criminal organization that was formed to commit an unspecified number of serious crimes.
Brajović and Kaisedo David were each sentenced to two and a half years in prison, and Aleksandar Kostana six months more.
The Court of Appeal annulled that verdict in February and ordered a retrial...
The former secret agent was arrested on July 18, 2022, and the Special State Prosecutor's Office accuses him of working for the mafia, instead of against it, as an employee of the National Security Agency, temporarily assigned to the police SBPOKK.
At the beginning of January, they filed an indictment against him, the fugitive policeman from Milović, Radoj Zvicer, Slobodan Kašćelan, Radoje Živković, Nikola Spasojevic, Milan Vujotić, Duško Roganovića, Radovan Mujović, Radovan Pantović i Nikša Perović.
According to the indictment, that criminal organization was formed in the second half of 2020 and, in addition to Montenegro, operated in South America, Africa, Europe and Australia. The defendants are charged with several serious crimes, such as serious murders, attempted murders, smuggling of drugs, weapons and cigarettes, as well as abuse of office.
Lazović is included in several other SDT cases, all of which relate to the organized criminal group Kavčani.
During the presentation of his defense, he denied the commission of criminal acts, claiming that he arrested the members of that clan, and did not associate with them.
Lazović's legal team previously announced that their client's exposure to public opinion and condemnation has been ongoing for more than a year.
They stated that there is no evidence against him, except for the messages from the Sky ECC application.
