Đurović: Find those responsible for digging the tunnel as soon as possible, another stain on the judicial system of Montenegro

Our country must finally tear itself away from the jaws of crime and corruption and do everything to be recognized as a country of justice and the rule of law that is taking a sure step towards membership in the European Union, said Danijela Đurović, the recent president of the Assembly of Cne Gora.

"I call on the competent authorities to find the persons who dug the tunnel under the High Court as soon as possible," Đurović wrote on Twitter.

The recent President of the Assembly called on the authorities to find the perpetrators and to fully investigate this case, which she says is scandalous and has cast another stain on the judicial system of Montenegro.

"Without an adequate institutional response and the efforts of all relevant actors, this will not be possible. It is high time to face those who have been working against our citizens for decades and ruining the reputation of Montenegro," Đurović concluded.
