Thirty-one people were directly or in some way involved in the murder of three people at the end of 2020, and that group was led by the head of the Kavac criminal clan, Radoje Zvicer.
This is stated in the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), filed for physical liquidation Damir Hodžić, Adis Spahić i Milo Radulović called Captain.
In addition to Zvicer, his Belgrade companions were also accused Veljko Belivuk i Marko Miljković, as well as Milan Vujotić, Slobodan Kašćelan, Ratko Živković, Nebojša Janković, Radoje Živković, Dragan Knežević, Milan Vujotić, Slobodan Kašćelan, Stefan Kraljević, Davor Perović, Nenad Kaluđerović, Darko Prelević, Blagoje Gašić, Dejan Gašić, Miloš Radonjić, Vladimir Vučković, Mersudin Čolaković, Milan Knežević, Aleksandar Dragićević, Bojan Bešović, Borko Bešović, Petar Đurović, Zoran Kazić, Krsto Maroš, Radovan Mujović...
SDT announced that everyone in that group had their own responsibilities, so some of them are charged with creating a criminal organization, some with aggravated murder and illegal possession of weapons, and the rest with illegal crossing of the state border and people smuggling.
"Today, the Special State Prosecutor's Office submitted an indictment against 31 defendants to the Special Department for the Trial of Criminal Offenses of Organized Crime, Corruption, Terrorism and War Crimes of the High Court in Podgorica: RZVB, MM, NJ, R. Ž., R. Ž., DK, MV, SK, SK, DP, NK, DP, BG, DG, MR, P. Đ., VV, NP, RG, M. Č., MK, AP, NC, RM, ZK, AD, AJ, MK, BB and BB, for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, and against RZ, MV, DK, R. Ž., VB, MM, NJ, R. Ž., SK, SK, NK, DP, BG, DG, DP , NP, MR, VV, MK, AP, NS, RM, ZK, MK, AD and A. Lj. and for the criminal offense of aggravated murder, in co-perpetration, against NS and for two criminal offenses of assisting the perpetrator after the commission of the criminal offense, against DP and BB and for the criminal offense of assisting the perpetrator after the commission of the criminal offense, against MK, ZK and AD and for the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials, and against M. Č. and for the extended criminal offense of illegal crossing of the state border and people smuggling. All criminal acts were committed during 2020," the special prosecutor's statement said Vukas Radonjić.
The prosecution requested that the detention of the defendants who were deprived of their liberty be extended, and that those who are on the run be tried in absentia.
Lured, then killed
Kavčani accuses them of bringing Barane Hodžić, Spahić and Milo Radulović, known as Captain, to the house of Ratko Živković in Spuž.
According to SDT records, Hodžić and Spahić were immediately liquidated, and then the house was almost completely demolished, and then the walls were smoothed over, whitewashed, but also changed tiles, parquet, doors, furniture... in order to cover up the traces of the liquidations.
Hodžić was a member of the Škaljar criminal clan, and his son-in-law Spahić had no criminal record.
According to the claims of the prosecutors, the two were liquidated by Belivuk, Miljković and Janković, in which Živković helped them - by providing them with a house.
"And after that, he entered into telephone communication with HD, who was destined to be killed by a criminal organization, and using the previously acquired trust, he asked the victims to come to the Spuž settlement in the Danilovgrad municipality to the house he was using, so that they could see each other. During that time, the suspects BV, MM and JN entered Montenegro illegally, bypassing the border crossings, and reached the house of Ž. R., and all with the aim of realizing the criminal plan to kill the victims SA and HD, so on October 14, 10, around 2020:15.00 p.m., upon the arrival of the victims at the house of Ž. R., the suspect BV immediately took HD's life by firing a firearm and hitting him in the head, causing injuries that resulted in his death," according to the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
It is explained that the suspects Miljković and Janković simultaneously physically attacked the injured Spahić, who was then tied up as well as the injured Milo Radulović, known as Captain, who was also there.
"On the same day, SA was deprived of his life. The damaged RM was taken to another location by others, so far unknown members of a criminal organization," reads the text of the SDT.
Voice messages
It is written that Belivuk then informed other members of the criminal organization about the manner in which he committed the described crime by means of a voice message, via an encrypted mobile phone:
"Brother, Zemo and Hell and they all reacted well, it can't be commented at all, everyone got their own, I liked 'Kasap', 'Kratos' got 'Zeta', 'Hell' got M., that that 'Kasap' had an inlet and pulled it, brother, no one could have expected that and that could not be changed and cannot be corrected, no way brother, I didn't want to risk it at all, we agreed that way ourselves regardless what did you say in the group, if it is seen and pulled, it is immediately shot. Brother, there is nothing to make excuses for.
In the Serbian indictment against Belivuk's group, it is stated that Miljković was marked as "Kratos" and Janković as "Hell" in encrypted phones... Spahić was Hodžić's son-in-law.
The SDT states that after the serious murder, members of the NN criminal organization removed the traces of the committed criminal acts: "By burying the bodies of the injured HD and SA in an unknown location, and at the same time removing traces of the blood of the injured from the house by washing the interior walls houses and changed the floors".
The captain was transported to another location, where, after prolonged torture, he was killed and his body burned on the slopes of Lovcen.

Special prosecutors suspect Belgrade citizens Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković, Nebojša Janković and Montenegrin citizen Ratko Živković of kidnapping Radulović on October 14, 2020 near Spuž.
"By deception, threat and force... and treated him in a cruel manner in order to extort money and other material benefits from him".
It also says that Velja Nevolja and his part of the clan, following a criminal plan, transferred Radulović to a residential building in the territory of Kotor in the evening, where they kept him until the day he was liquidated.
During that time, according to him, they allegedly used coercion, with the intention of extorting money from him and to give them information about who the members of the opposing criminal organization are, where their stashes of weapons are located, and where the drugs they trade are located.
They explain that Radulović, under threat, gave them information about scammers and allowed them to send messages on his behalf via his encrypted mobile phone and the SKY ECC application:
"In order to lure them to pre-prepared locations where they would deprive them of their lives".
Prosecutors state that in December 2020, Novlja resident Vladimir Vučković took car tires and charcoal to Lovćen, and together with Miloš Radonjić, prepared a bonfire on which they burned Radulović, known as the Captain, after the liquidation.
