The Swiss wanted death looking for Kožar's money?

The head of the blacksmith clan Radoje Switzerland he asked for the liquidation of the skalars Milo Radulović i Damir Hodžić, because he considered that they were the closest collaborators of the already murdered man Alan Kožara and to know where that Baranin hid the money and drugs.

This is written in the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), filed against Zvicer and thirty members of his criminal organization for the murder of three Barans at the end of 2020.

The tanner was killed on July 23, 2020 in Greece, when his friend was also killed Damir Hadzic.

Hodžić and his son-in-law Adis Spahic, who did not have a criminal record, were killed on October 14, 2020, in Stanjevića Rupa in Spuž.

Radulović, known as the Captain, was kidnapped that day, and he was liquidated on December 21, after he was abused for more than two months by the people of Kavka, extorting from him information about the skalars.

The original plan was to kill them in Žabljak, where killers from Belgrade, mercenaries of the Kavački clan, were hiding in log houses. After it is Ratko Živković, who lured them to their deaths, it became clear that the Skaljars would not reach Žabljak, the plan was changed - Hodžić and Spahić were liquidated at his house in Spuz, and his godfather Radulović was kidnapped from there.

The Prosecution claims that Switzerland gathered an "army" for these murders, in order to establish supremacy in criminal affairs:

"So in order to realize the criminal plan, Radoje Zvicer, as the organizer, between the end of July and the second half of August 2020, the defendants Živković to Radoj, Vujotić to Milan, Knežević Dragan, Miljković Mark i Belivuk Veljka ordered that they be found and kidnapped at a suitable opportunity, and then in an insidious way, out of reckless revenge, base motives - intolerance and hatred and in order to establish supremacy, take the lives of several persons, members of an opposing criminal organization, the injured parties Radulović Mile and Hodžić Damir, and the injured party Radulović Mile deprived of life in a cruel way, which the accused Zvicer Radoje believed to be the closest collaborators of the previously killed one of the organizers of the opposing criminal organization Kožar Alan and that the victims knew where the late Kožar Alan hid money and narcotic drugs...".

According to the evidence collected by the SDT, Dragan Knežević sent photos of Radulović and Hodžić to Zvicer, Vujotić, Radoj Živković, Belivuk and Miljković via the encrypted Sky application in a group chat:

"So that the defendants could see what they looked like then".

After that, it is written in the files, Zvicer ordered Vujotić, Knežević and Radoj Živković to give Ratko Živković a task - to "using acquaintance, godfather ties and a relationship of trust with the injured Radulović" and lure him to the alleged meeting:

"Together with the injured Damir Hodžić. And that on that occasion the injured Radulović and Hodžić are kidnapped in order to extort information about their criminal organization, and then they are deprived of their lives, and the persons who would come with them are immediately deprived of their lives."

In the files of the prosecution, it is written that Ratko Živković immediately started communication with Radulović, through an encrypted application, and he sent the correspondence to his surname Radoj, who forwarded it to the heads of the clan.

When Radulović agreed to the meeting at the beginning of October, Vujotić informed the group that the Butcher - Damir Hodžić would also come with Baranin.

From the cell, Mujović found a house for the murderers

Prosecutors claim that Zvicer ordered on October 11 and 12 of that year Nikola Spasojević and the detainee Radovan Mujović that in Žabljak and in Pljevlje they would find a number of houses in which they would capture, torture, and then kill the criminals, but also in which the immediate perpetrators of those crimes would hide, which they did.

The indictment specified that Mujović, from the Investigation Prison, found one house in Žabljak, and Spasojević one each in Žabljak and in Pljevlja.

It is added that Zvicer also assigned tasks to others - Milan Knežević to find a place to destroy the cars of the scumbags, Davor Perović to get a "golf" for the rest of the team, and for Spasojević to get tools and gasoline for destroying the remains, which he passed on to Darko Prelević.

The head of the bar had a task for Kašćelan as well. He told him through the encrypted Sky application that he had "secured" two groups of murderers in Serbia, and then asked for someone to transport them from the border with Serbia to a block of houses in Žabljak.

In the prosecutor's document, it is written that they identified one group of murderers and that it consisted of Belivuk, Miljković and Janković, and that in the second there were unidentified members of that clan, from Serbia, whose nicknames were Kortez, ROSI i Sun.

According to the prosecutors, Zvicer told Kašćelan that both groups left Belgrade for Montenegro, that they would be at the border on October 12 in the late evening hours:

"...Kašćelan also demanded Slobodan to hire persons who would provide the immediate perpetrators with entry into Montenegro past the official border crossings, through the territory of the municipality of Rožaje. Which Kašćelan Slobodan accepted and immediately entered into encrypted telephone communication with Čalakovic with Mersudin, who is called by the nickname in the criminal organization Good luck and demanded that at the time of the planned arrival of the immediate perpetrators near the state border between Cma Gora and the Republic of Serbia, at the Ibarski biser restaurant, in the territory of the municipality of Tutin... on the same evening, accept both groups of three immediate perpetrators, and first the defendants Belivuk Veljko, Miljković Marko i Janković Nebojš, and then for now unidentified members of the criminal organization who were called by the nicknames Cortez, Rosi and Dom, which is the defendant Čalaković Mersudin and did," the indictment reads.

Investigators state that Čalakovic transferred the six in an all-terrain vehicle, past the border crossings, from Tutin to the territory of Montenegro, to the Rožaj settlement of Bać.

Kašćelan provided them with another transport from Bać to Žabljak, he sent for them Rada Garović, who is not on the indictment under that name.

The indictment specified that two days later Zvicer informed the members of his group that there had been a change of plan and asked Miloš Radonjić to take Belivuk and Miljković from Žabljak, where they were hiding waiting for victims, to Spuž, to Radoj Živković's house.

He did it, and according to the prosecutors, Kašćelan's bodyguard "cleared" his way. Vladimir Vuckovic.

On the same day, in the house of Radoje Živković, Hodžić and Spahić were killed, and Radulović was kidnapped and transported to Kotor, where he was tortured until December 21, 2020, when he was killed.

According to the prosecutor's files, apart from the two Živković, Vujotić, Knežević, Miljković and Belivuk, Zvicer's orders were also accepted by Nebojša Janković, Milan Knežević, Aleksandar Dragićević, Zoran Kazic, Aleksandar Ljumović, Marko Kilibarda, Aleksandar Paunović, Stevan Kraljevic, Radovan Mujović, Nikola Spasojević, Slobodan Kašćelan, Davor i Niksa Perovic, Miloš Radonjić, Treasures i Dejan Gasic, Darko Prelevic, Nenad Kaluđerović, Stevan Kraljevic, Borko i Bojan Besovic and Mersudin Čalaković...
