State Prosecutor in Bijelo Polje Hasan Lukač yesterday he ordered a detention of up to 72 hours to Elmaz Beganović, because of the suspicion that he killed Elvis Beganović's brother.
Sources of the newspaper say that on October 1, a stray dog injured the boy, and that the same night a woman with a dog came to visit his uncle, which revolted Elvis.

The injured person was brought to the Emergency Medical Service without signs of life.
The patrol of the Security Department of Bijelo Polje found the suspect Elmaz Beganović behind a building in the Hospital grounds and deprived him of his liberty.
"Undertaking operational measures, police officers found out that it was EB (38) from Bijelo Polje. Senior State Prosecutor Hasan Lukač ordered an autopsy on the body, after which the cause of death will be known.

We have the equipment to catch him, but we have nowhere to put him, nor can we adopt him or solve the problem in any other way. 15 days ago, I sent an official letter to the Asylum in Berane, asking for housing for a certain number of stray dogs, but there was no response," said Grbović, reminding that the biggest problem in the municipality is owner's dogs that have become aggressive.
