The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) filed an indictment against the leader of the Skaljar criminal clan, Igor Vukotić, for the creation of a criminal organization and the aggravated murder of Šćepan Roganović in February 2020.

In addition to Vukotić, the indictment was brought against him as well Marko Radović, Slavko Radulović i Miloš Gvozdenović.

Court proceedings against the defendants are ongoing in the High Court in Podgorica Krst Vujić, Milija Bajramović, Miloš Komar, Dino Ibrahimović i Igor Glavaš. Defendant Bajramović, who is on the run, has been identified as the direct perpetrator of the murder and an international warrant has been issued for him, as well as for Vujić, who is charged as the organizer of this criminal group.

Glavaš is accused of following the victim and informing Bajramović about Roganović's movements by encrypted phone. According to the results of the investigation, on the orders and instructions of the organizers of the criminal organization, in January 2020, he took over from an unknown person the "piaggo" motorcycle that was stolen in Spain in 2018, and which was used in the murder of Roganović. .

Roganović was killed on the stairs near the Kanli tower on February 13, 2020, around nine o'clock.
