The arrested President of the Municipality of Budva Milo Božović, Mileta Ojdanić from Tivčan and Miloš Mišurović from Podgorica were questioned tonight in the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), in the case in which Radovan Rašo Perović, Bojan Ojdanić and Vjekoslav Lambulić were arrested earlier today.

"In addition to the suspects who have been deprived of their liberty, MB, MO and MM, who are in custody, in other criminal proceedings, were also heard as suspects," SDT spokesman, prosecutor Vukas Radonjić, told Vijest.
He explained that a criminal complaint was filed against "Lj.M. and FZ, who are on the run."
It is about escaped policemen Ljubo Milović and Filip Zindović.
Today, Radovan Raš Perović, Bojan Ojdanić and Vjekoslav Lambulić were detained for 72 hours after hearing at the SDT.
They were arrested this morning by order of the SDT, in the action of that prosecution and the Special Police Department (SPO).
They were handcuffed on suspicion of having committed the criminal acts of creating a criminal organization and unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs.
"According to the order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, the Special Police Department deprived three persons, RP, VL and BO, of their freedom due to the grounds of suspicion that they had committed the criminal acts of creating a criminal organization and unauthorized production, possession and marketing of narcotic drugs. The suspects will be arrested within the legal term to be taken to the state prosecutor for questioning," states the statement of state prosecutor and spokesman Vukas Radonjić.
In the same case, a criminal complaint was filed against Milo Božović, Mileta Ojdanić and Miloš Mišurović, who are already in custody due to other charges, as well as against fugitive policemen Ljub Milović and Filip Zindović, whose last name was Kljajević.
The arrested Perović is the godfather of Milo Božović, but also the godfather of SPO chief Predrag Šuković.
The head of the SPO also said at the session of the Security Committee in March of this year, and after the arrest of Milo Božović, in response to a question from a member of parliament, that the godfather of the first man of Budva is also his godfather.
"It is not a secret, this is a small country and we are all connected. I don't know why you emphasize that story, because I knew a lot of these policemen who were arrested, so we acted. I guess that is proof to you that we acted professionally. It is not easy for us in the SPO to process people we know, there are our colleagues, enemies and godfathers, but what is processed by the SPO and submitted to the SDT, and that is the subject of a criminal offense, we will act according to the order of the SDT. This is not the first case in the SPO, we had close contacts with the persons we prosecuted, but we found strength and acted professionally", Šuković said at the time.
The arrest of Perović, Lambulić and Ojdanić followed the expansion of the SDT's investigation against Božović.
In addition to the case in which they are suspected today, Božović, Mileta Ojdanić, Mišurović, Milović and Zindović are also included in the investigation in which an indictment has already been filed against more than 20 members of the so-called police drug cartel.
The hearing for the control of that indictment is scheduled for tomorrow.
The SDT indicted 21 defendants in that case.
