Dušan Jovanović from Kotor claims that he is not a soldier of Radoj Zvicer and that his property can be blocked only due to the fact that the plot on which he is building a family building borders the plot of Kotoran that the police are looking for.
Jovanović spoke out after the article "Blocked property to Swiss soldiers", published on October 6 in Vijesti.

"In March 2010, I bought 601 m2 from the owner for the purpose of building a family residential building. Then, at the time of my entry into the property, the land was indeed a forest by culture. I would like to mention that in 2009 I sold my luxury apartment of 200 m2 (II floor of the Pima Palace in the Old Town), from which I bought the land in question and started construction. My immovable property borders Radoj Zvicer's immovable property. I guess that's the only reason my real estate is blocked. From the above, I believe that it is not true that I am anyone's soldier", wrote Jovanović.
He also submitted the sales contracts for the apartment he sold and the plot he bought in 2010 to the newsroom of Vijesti.
