The Pljeval police filed a criminal complaint against MM (45) and VV (64) and one legal entity on suspicion of building a building without a building permit.
As announced by the Police Directorate, the urban construction inspector in the cadastral municipality of Šumane in Pljevlja, carried out an inspection during which he determined that the reconstruction, i.e. the construction of the building, had begun without a construction report and documentation from the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings.
According to them, a report was made about this and submitted to the police officers of the Pljevlja Security Department for further action.
"After the measures and actions taken by the police officers, the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlje was notified, who ordered that a criminal complaint be filed against MM (45), as the responsible person in the legal entity "Zeleno borje" doo and that legal entity. on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of building a building without a building permit. Also, a criminal complaint was filed against VV (64) on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of building a building without a building permit, which he committed by starting the reconstruction - construction building without a construction report and documentation from the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings," said the police.
