One of the leaders of the Skaljar clan Igor Vukotić he told members of his crime organization that family members should be found and killed in America Miloš Đuričković, after that Novlja resident became a witness for the prosecution in the murder proceedings Scepan Roganovic.
It is written in the indictment that before that they tried to reach the members of that family, in order to convince him to change his statement.
The court proceedings against the defendants are ongoing in the Podgorica High Court Krst Vujić, Milija Bajramović, Miloš Komar, Dino Ibrahimović i Igor Glavaš, who are accused of participating in the murder of Roganović.
The accused Bajramović was identified as the direct perpetrator of the murder. He is on the run and an international warrant has been issued for him.
The search is also for Vujić, who is accused of being the organizer of that criminal group.
Roganović was killed on the stairs near the Kanli tower on February 13, 2020, around nine o'clock.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office recently expanded the investigation in that case and filed an indictment against Igor Vukotić, Marko Radović, Slavko Radulović and Miloš Gvozdenović.
The charges against them will be discussed today - October 12, and the special prosecutor Zorica Milanović she proposed to the court to combine the proceedings with the case in which Vujić and the other defendants are responding.
Uncle and plans
According to the indictment, after the murder of Roganović, Vukotić, through the Sky application on which he had the nickname Čiča, talked with colleagues from the clan about the testimony of Đuričković, who admitted to the prosecutors who had what roles in the murder of Roganović.
Previously, the scoundrels agreed to reach that witness through a lawyer, but their plan failed, and then to do it through the detainee Saše Boreta.
The authorities, however, placed the witness in the Bjelopolje Investigation Prison, which disrupted the plans of the Skaljars.
"In communications from February 21, 2, the defendant Vukotić informs Milo Bajramović: 'They just brought the little one', and that they are looking for a way to approach the 'little one', with the statement - 'They put him near ours.' In a communication from the same day, the defendant Vukotić sends a correspondence with a person whose nickname is Professor, in which they agree to approach the 'little one'. In communications on February 2020, 22, the defendant Vukotić sends a message to the defendant Bajramović - 'Malog was transferred to BP, I'm knocking about that', 'We are looking for someone from ours,'" says the indictment.
According to the transcripts from Skaj provided to the prosecution, Vukotić informed Bajramović after four days that "he still has people worse" and that he offered an elderly man 5.000 euros to talk to Đuričković.
“He'll be alone with the little one tonight. We will know the possible results tomorrow... just keep quiet and keep it to yourself", Vukotić sent on February 26.
50.000 euros for silence
On the same day, he told him his plan - to transfer Đuričković to a group room with theirs, to insert a phone with the Sky application, but also that he was told that he would be "honored with 50.000 euros"...
After the man from Novlja gave his testimony, Vukotić said that he would set fire to the fire if any of them survived:
"If any one of us is alive, we'll kill him, burn him alive, everything sucks," Vukotić wrote to Bajramović on March 16, and the prosecutors state that he was alluding to Đuričković.
In the days after that, he asked if the members of the clan knew where Đuričković's mother lived:
"Do we know where his mother lives, do we have an address in the USA," writes Vukotić on March 22, and three days later he and Bajramović comment that the witness's family lives in Miami.
"If we had an address, I'd try to find some southerners to rip them off, it's all a**m to him. Smrad one", are just some of the messages sent via the encrypted application.
According to the indictment, Vukotić also explained on April 11 that he had to "approach the family of the little one" in order to change the statement: "Either to the father, or to his in America, through the cartel."
Along with the message that they must do it as soon as possible, he also suggests what they should do if the negotiations with the father of the witness fail - to try with the family in America:
"They must be kidnapping people, or something like that... Similar".
Đuričković was arrested a few days after the murder of the brother of a high-ranking member of the Kavačka clan, and after the interrogation he was given the status of an accomplice witness.
He told the special prosecutors what role he had in the clan, that is, what his responsibilities were, who gave them to him...
