A. Lj. (24) from Ulcinj and SV (44) from Albania were arrested on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of smuggling, the Police Administration announced.
The announcement states that officers of the Border Police Sector - Ulcinj Border Police Station arrested two people this morning who were found with over 200 kilograms of cut tobacco.
"The border police found these persons in Bori on the Bojana river smuggling cut tobacco from the Republic of Albania into our country. About 214 kilograms of cut tobacco, a vehicle, a tank and an outboard engine were taken from them," the Police Administration said in a statement.
