Ratko Vujičić from Žablja will be charged with a misdemeanor for the attack on his fellow citizen Marko Baranin, the Police Administration told Vijesti.
From that security institution, they explained that such a decision was made after the prosecutor, who was informed about the attack on Baranin, declared that there were no elements of a criminal offense for which the prosecution was undertaken ex officio.
