In the High Court in Podgorica, the trial of the defendants for the murder of Šćepan Roganović in Herceg Novi on February 13, 2020, was postponed today due to the justified absence of the lawyer, one of the defendants' defense attorneys.
The President of the Council of Judges, Vesna Kovačević, scheduled the next hearings for December 13 and 22.
In addition to Krsto Vujić, Mili Bajramović, Miloš Komar, Dino Ibrahimović and Igor Glavaš were also accused of murdering Roganović.
Bajramović, who is on the run, has been identified as the direct perpetrator of the murder and an international warrant has been issued for him, as well as for Vujić, who is charged as the organizer of this criminal group.
Glavaš is accused of following the victim and informing Bajramović about Roganović's movements by encrypted phone.
According to the results of the investigation, on the orders and instructions of the organizers of the criminal organization, in January 2020, he took over from an unknown person a "Piaggio" motorcycle that was stolen in Spain in 2018, and which was used in the murder of Roganović. .
Roganović was killed on the stairs near the Kanli Tower on February 13, 2020, around 9.10:XNUMX a.m.
