The search for the body of the Moldovan tourist who drowned on Friday afternoon in the water area of Sutomora continued this morning.
Two scooters and two vessels of the Administration of Maritime Safety and Port Management of Montenegro, firefighters, Border Police Sector of the Ministry of Interior and the Navy of the Republic of Croatia, as well as a helicopter of the Air Force of the Republic of Croatia, are participating in the search from the sea, the coast and the air.
The participants of the action today have good weather and a calm sea, but even this is not a guarantee that they will succeed in finding the body of a 27-year-old tourist from Moldova, who is assumed to be stuck somewhere among the underwater rocks in the Sutomore region.
RCUD divers from Podgorica also joined the search action around 11 am.
According to UPSUL assistant director Žarko Lukšić, divers will search the sea from the place where the Moldavka was last seen on the surface of the sea on Friday, northwest along the Sutomor beach, under Goli Brdo and further towards Crni Rto.
Two VCG helicopters that searched the water area between Dobra voda in the southeast and Petrovac in the northwest ended their flight today without finding anything on the surface of the sea.
