The basic state prosecutor's office is still determining whether the lawyer Natalia Karadžić violated the regulations in the case against Marija Milošević for murder Radomir Đuričković 2016. years.

At the same time, the newspaper was informed by the Bar Association that no disciplinary proceedings are being conducted against their colleague on this occasion, not even related to the alleged encrypted communication submitted by the Higher State Prosecutor's Office.
"I am informing you that a case has been opened in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica on this occasion. The case is under investigation, so due to the protection of the interests of the proceedings, we are not able to provide more information", according to the answers of the head of the Podgorica ODT, Duško Milanović.
The case against Karadžić was formed in January, after the request of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office to determine whether that lawyer arranged in Sky Communications to provide a false alibi for Milošević - the direct perpetrator of the murder of Cetinje, as stated in the indictment.
The Bar Association announced that the facts and circumstances surrounding the interpretation of the alleged encrypted SKY communication cannot be determined in a disciplinary procedure, nor can its legal validity:
"Exclusively and only in proceedings conducted before competent courts in Montenegro. Any action of the disciplinary prosecutor would be considered as taking over the authority of the competent Prosecutor's Office, which would be inadmissible and illegal, especially given the fact that the disciplinary bodies of the Bar Association act in accordance with the basic principles, and especially in accordance with the principle of the presumption of innocence, which is indisputably applicable in the specific case ", the head of the Chamber states in his answers Danilo Micovic.
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office previously replied to Vijesta that, on the order of the prosecutor, the police officers collected the necessary information from the lawyer.
In mid-January, the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica provided colleagues from the ODT with encrypted telephone communications previously given to them by the police.
Those files were submitted as evidence in the court proceedings against Milosevic, Igor Mašanović i Vukana Vujačić.
It was then explained that the files were delivered to them in order to assess whether the actions of Karadžić and other persons had the characteristics of any of the criminal acts under their jurisdiction.
They also submitted the same files to the Bar Association in order for them to determine whether the lawyer acted in accordance with the Law on Advocacy, other legal regulations, the Code of Professional Ethics of Lawyers and the Statute of the Bar Association when performing the communications in question:

On Saturday in January, the lawyer did not want to answer the questions of "Vijesti" regarding that case, saying that she does not communicate with that newsroom.
It is concluded from Europol documents that during 2020 the lawyer used the account of Milošević's wife in encrypted telephone communication.
On that occasion, she also went to Kosovo, where, as she writes, she reconciled statements with paid witnesses who had previously been provided by one of the heads of the Kavac criminal clan. Slobodan Kascelan, whose task was to falsely confirm that Milošević had dinner with them in Gračanica on the night of Đuričković's murder.
According to the transcripts submitted to the prosecution, Kašćelan's bodyguard helped her in this Srđo Jurišević.
Several times in those conversations, the defendant asked the lawyer if it would be enough for the court and what she thought about it, after which she suggested to him what should be done to get the judges to bite the hook.
The indictment of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office accuses Milošević, Mašanović and Vujačić of participating in the murder of Đuričković on October 10, 2016, and of endangering the life of Milorad Radulović.
