Bogdan Petrov did not have and could not have any knowledge that would indicate that girls are recruited for the purpose of sexual exploitation by abuse of trust and subordinate relationships, said the defense attorney of the arrested Russian citizen, lawyer Jovan Radonjić.
He claims that his client came to Montenegro for the first time on October 23, on the recommendation of his friend, in order to attend a concert by the famous Belarusian group "Nemiga" in a club on the coast, and that he did so solely out of a desire to get to know the country and to have fun.

"There he personally met the main suspect Vitaly Grecin, as well as some girls who participated in the party, but at no point did he notice, let alone participate in any action that would suggest that any event was taking place, which could exceed into the criminal zone, especially for such a serious crime. From his contact with Mr. Grečin and other party participants whom he met during his stay in Montenegro, he had the impression that they were all there without any coercion, knowingly and voluntarily," said Radonjić.

The lawyer explains that his client twice, at Grečin's request, participated in bringing girls from the airport".
"...With the motive of helping in the organization of the upcoming event at the 'Halloween party', and not as a member of some criminal group that requires a certain fulfillment of the elements prescribed by Article 401a of the Criminal Code of Montenegro. Also, we are talking about a person who has not been convicted so far," said Radonjić.
