The judge of the Bar department Dubravka Mazić sentenced Edmond Mustafa (29) from Ulcinj to a temporary stay in the Bar and a prison sentence of 15 days for driving under the influence of drugs, Vijesti has learned unofficially.
Mustafa committed a misdemeanor under Article 317a paragraph 1 point 3 in connection with Article 182 paragraph 5 of the Law on Road Traffic Safety (ZOBS).
The time he spent in the detention room of the Bar Security Department was included in his sentence, so he is obliged to serve a prison sentence of 14 days.
He was also given three penalty points and a ban on driving a "B" category vehicle for four months.
For years, Mustafa was known as a member of the Skaljar criminal clan.
The news previously announced that security guards Ljubo Milović and Petar Lazović kidnapped Mustafa in the summer of 2020, and then kept him for days in their shack apartment in Podgorica's City quarter, asking him to accuse several members of the criminal gang to which he belongs for about twenty murders. .
The news also reported earlier that Milović and Lazović and the head of the Kavač clan, Radoj Zvicer, were angry that Mustafa changed his mind about cooperating with them, so they set a trap for him and kidnapped him on August 1, 2020.
In his reaction, Mustafa claimed that the policemen did not abduct and abuse him, but that he talked to some of them.
