From November 16 to 24, the Budva police conducted searches at several locations in that city, during which ammunition and weapons were found, and a criminal complaint was filed against one person, the Police Administration announced.
"Acting on the order of the investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica, the apartment and other premises used by the person M.Š. (25) were searched. On that occasion, a dry substance of green color, weighing 11,4 grams, which is suspected to be the intoxicating drug marijuana, as well as a crusher and a mobile phone. Furthermore, acting on the order of the judge for the investigation of the Basic Court in Kotor, police officers of the Budva Security Department searched the apartment and other premises used by SM (50). 29 pieces of hunting cartridges were found. Files both cases have been sent to the competent prosecutors for evaluation and opinion," the announcement states.
In addition, the apartment and other premises used by SR (65) were searched.
"On this person, a search found seven weapons, five of which he had the appropriate permits for, while two weapons were in illegal possession. 59 hunting cartridges and 319 ammunition of different types and calibers were also found. After meeting the prosecutor with mentioned, a criminal complaint was filed against SR on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials," the UP statement reads.
