The higher court in Podgorica confirmed the indictment against Igor Vukotić and the other defendants for the murder of Šćepan Roganović, "Vijesti" has learned.
In addition to Vukotić, the indictment was also brought against Marko Radović, Slavko Radulović and Miloš Gvozdenović.
In the High Court in Podgorica, the court proceedings against the defendants Krsto Vujić, Milij Bajramović, Miloš Komar, Dino Ibrahimović and Igor Glavaš are ongoing.
Defendant Bajramović, who is on the run, has been identified as the direct perpetrator of the murder and an international warrant has been issued for him, as well as for Vujić, who is charged as the organizer of this criminal group.
Glavaš is accused of following the victim and informing Bajramović about Roganović's movements by encrypted phone. According to the results of the investigation, on the order and instructions of the organizers of the criminal organization, in January 2020, he took over from an unknown person the "Piaggo" motorcycle that was stolen in Spain in 2018, and which was used in the murder of Roganović. .
Roganović was killed on the stairs near the Kanli Tower in Herceg Novi on February 13, 2020.
