UP: A misdemeanor charge was filed against two former students of "25. Maj" secondary school for insolent behavior

The Podgorica police filed misdemeanor charges against AV and LB, two former students of the "25.maj" Mixed Secondary School (SMŠ) in Tuzi, for their insolent behavior, the Police Administration announced.

According to the announcement, on September 8, it was reported to the police that at the "25.maj" secondary school in Tuzi, students were behaving inappropriately, shouting, destroying school inventory, and throwing objects in the direction of the teachers of the said school.

"In relation to the mentioned event, videos were also published on social networks, which were also transmitted by the media," it added.

"Taking measures and actions within their jurisdiction, officers of the Security Department in Podgorica collected information from former students of this school - RB, MB, AV, DD, BA and LB - and from the previous director of SMŠ "25.maj" in order to identify the person from the video. - GL, as well as from the current director of this school - SL In addition, notifications were collected from two female teachers. The prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was familiar with all the case files, who, after inspecting the case files, on November 20, declared that in the actions of these persons, there are no elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio," the statement concludes.
