Criminal panel judge Veljko Radovanović was determined by the psychiatric examination for Ilir Đokaj, accused of murder Sheila Bakija and wounding her father.
This was announced yesterday in the Podgorica High Court, during the continuation of the trial of Đokaj for the murder of his nineteen-year-old unmarried wife.
The expertise was entrusted to a team of medical experts - neuropsychiatrist dr Stanko Milić, psychiatrist dr Željko Golubović and a psychologist Helena Rosandić.
At yesterday's main trial, experts from the field of trasology were heard Miljan Jakovljevic, chemical professions Dejan Smolović and ballistic expert Božidar Bakić.
Answering the questions of the defendant's defense attorney, lawyer Srđan Lješković, the ballistics expert explained that "uncontrolled firing" is a rather imprecise term and that it cannot be stated whether the defendant did it...
"In the specific case of the late Baki Šeila, it was a large concentration of projectile hits in the chest area. "Of the five projectiles fired at Baki, four hit her in the chest area and one hit her in the front of the left upper leg," Bakić said.
He added that according to his estimation, at least seven missiles were fired that day: "And possibly more."
The expert said that he could not remember whether there were traces of blood on the projectiles.
"Even if there were, I would have wiped the blood from the surface of the projectile so that I could clearly see the marks from passing through the grooved barrel of the firearm, which are needed to identify the projectile, without hindrance under the microscope. Otherwise, if there were traces of blood, that was in the domain of another expert opinion," Bakić explained.
