The higher court in Podgorica accepted the bail of 1,8 million euros, which was offered for Marko Mićković, who is being investigated for suspicion of being connected to cigarette smuggling, "Vijesti" has learned.
Bail in exchange for the termination of custody consists of money and real estate.
Mićković was arrested in June of this year.

In the middle of this year, the Special State Prosecutor's Office carried out an action that included persons suspected of participating in cigarette smuggling, including members of the Revenue and Customs Administration commission - for the destruction of confiscated goods - cigarettes.
Mileta Simanić, Marko Mićković, Ratka Mandić, Đoko Lješković, Rajko Đurović were arrested.
According to the SDT, the mentioned smuggling was carried out from the end of 2018 to November 2020.
