The trial of Radomir Đukić (39) from Beran and his fellow citizen Kenan Sujković (28), who are charged with the criminal offense of aggravated murder in an attempted encounter with illegal possession of a weapon, did not even begin today due to the non-appearance of the lawyer Damir Lekić and the injured parties in the High Court in Bijelo Polje. .

The hearing was postponed at the request of lawyer Lekić, who is absent for health reasons.

After his escape, Sujković was arrested in Germany and extradited to Montenegro, while a warrant was issued for the fugitive Radomir Đukić.

According to the indictment, Đukić tried to take the lives of Kenan and Ismet Sujković, Miomir and Aleksandar Marsenić and Nino Jašarović on January 5 last year, around 12:40, in Ulica čvetre Crnogorska brigade in Berane, in front of the restaurant "Eks", in a sane condition. , who were sitting on the terrace of the "Park" bar.

"Djukić, at the moment when they saw him and came to the sidewalk in front of the bar, in their direction, from a pistol of an unknown brand, caliber 7, 65 millimeters, fired several projectiles. One of the projectiles hit Nino Jašarović and seriously injured him. Đukić put the life of Radovan Davidović in danger, sitting in the bar, and he escaped unhurt," the indictment reads.

The indictment further states that he fired projectiles in the direction of Kenan and Ismet Sujković, Miomir and Aleksandar Marsenić, who, as is reasonably suspected, he wanted to take their lives, which did not hit them, but only caused damage to the vehicles that were parked nearby.

Kenan Sujković is accused of trying to take Đukić's life at the moment when Đukić was firing projectiles in their direction, firing several projectiles from a 9 mm pistol of an unknown brand, which he was carrying without authorization.

He is charged with endangering the life of Ivo Rabrenović, who was in the "Eks" cafe-bar, and inflicting serious, life-threatening bodily injury on him.

The trial is scheduled for December 22.
