Special prosecutor Tanja Čolan Deretić today, at the trial in the High Court in Podgorica, dropped the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization in the case against the defendants Nebojša Medojević and others.
The prosecutor remained with the allegations of the indictment against the accused Momir Nikolić.
The court adjourned so that the defense and the accused could learn more about the amendment of the indictment.
