Yesterday, officers of the Police Administration filed criminal charges against three people in Budva, Bar and Cetinje for illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.
The Bar police, acting on the order of the competent judge, searched the apartment and other premises used by DA (51) from Bar and on that occasion found and seized a hunting rifle, a pistol and 32 pieces of ammunition in illegal possession. A criminal complaint was filed against DA on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense - illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
In Budva, the police, on the order of the competent judge, searched the apartment and other premises used by SR (65) from Budva and on that occasion found and seized an illegally possessed hunting rifle, as well as 273 pieces of ammunition of various types and calibers. A criminal complaint was filed against him to the competent prosecutor on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense - illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
The Cetinje police, after obtaining the results of the expert examination of the seized gun, filed a criminal complaint against IM (40) from Budva to the state prosecutor on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials, the Police Directorate announced.
