Cetinians Blazo Pejović (34) Vukan Vujacic (28) and Vlado Vulicevic (28) were arrested yesterday in the capital, on suspicion of planting explosives under a car in September Mr. S. tried to kill that fellow citizen.
They were deprived of their freedom in the action of the officers of the Anti-Crime Sector, Regional Security Center "Centar" and tactical units of the Special Purpose Police Sector, announced the head of the SBPK Lazar Scepanovic.
He pointed out that the two arrested in the police records, they are listed as persons of operational interest close to a criminal group, and that the third is a high-ranking member of the criminal group.
Šćepanović explained that police officers in Cetinje searched facilities at seven locations, which are used by members of organized criminal groups and persons of security interest...
"The planned and synchronized action resulted in the deprivation of liberty of three persons and the filing of criminal charges against three persons. The officers of the Sector for the fight against crime and the Regional Security Center Centar, on the basis of operational tactical measures and actions in cooperation with the Forensic Center Danilovgrad, and in coordination with the senior acting state prosecutor in Podgorica during a comprehensive police-prosecutor investigation, shed light on a serious crime, after which was followed this morning by the arrest of members of criminal groups", announced Šćepanović.
The head of the SBPK explained that yesterday's action was carried out with the aim of depriving the persons suspected of the criminal offense of attempted murder, which was committed on September 13, 2023, by placing an improvised explosive device of great destructive power under the Toyota Rav 4 car, owned by GS
On that day, the Anti-Sabotage Protection Group of the Police Directorate deactivated the device placed under the car parked in Bajova street. The explosive was placed under the passenger seat.
"There is a well-founded suspicion, as presented in the criminal report to the Senior State Prosecutor, that the persons BP (1989), VV (1995) and V. V (1995) committed the criminal offense under Article 143 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro in connection with Article 20 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro - murder in attempted acquisition with the criminal offense from Article 403 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro - illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials. "All three suspects will be brought to the Higher State Prosecutor in Podgorica for further jurisdiction along with criminal charges," pointed out Šćepanović.
He said that the Police Administration, as a reliable partner in the security system, will continue the determined fight against crime in accordance with the set priorities:
"With a primary focus on neutralizing the activities of organized criminal groups and persons associated with them in order to create a favorable security environment for citizens".

Not long after the implementation of the action, the Minister of the Interior also spoke Danilo Šaranović, who pointed out that this action not only reflects the "professionalism and dedication of our security services, but also confirms our indiscriminateness in the fight against all forms of crime".

In that spirit, I want to tell all citizens that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Police Directorate will not hesitate in the face of challenges in preserving law and order. They found a dead man in the apartment
During the operation and search in Cetinje, members of the Police Administration found that man from Cetinje without signs of life in the apartment used by BP (40).
According to Vijesti's unofficial information, that forty-year-old man was not on the list of suspects for the attempted murder of GS or the planting of an explosive device under the car of that man from Cetinje on September 13, 2023.
After the policemen found his body, the prosecutor was informed about the incident, who ordered an autopsy.
