Carrying a false official identification card of the European Police Organization, transporting direct participants in the murder and removing traces after the crime, are some of the things that the prosecution claims the accused did. Slavko Radulović, after physical liquidation Scepan Roganovic in Herceg Novi.
He was eventually sent a phone message from a member of that organized crime group Milija Bajramović - that the brother and parents of the cooperating witness in that criminal proceeding should be killed.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) claims that the message from Bajramović was shared on the Sky application by a certain user with the nickname "Jerry"...
"In which it is stated that the brother and parents of the arrested person, who told the known details in the investigation, should be killed", it is stated in the indictment against the group they managed Krsto Vujić i Igor Vukotić.
Roganović was killed on the stairs near the Kanli Tower on February 13, 2020.
A month and a half after that crime - on April 2, 2020, "Jerry" assures Radulović that the cooperating witness does not know the details about the van, but tells him that the vehicle definitely needs a "deep wash, because everyone was in it", and that on "audio" the plates should be changed:
"Excellent, brother... wash and translate and replace the plates," one of the anonymous users of the phone application writes to Radulović, under the code 3A6A1E.
As stated in the indictment of the SDT, Radulović performed the tasks of the bosses in that organization, and in that context, among other things, he acquired the van used during the crime, because it transported the moped from which Roganović was shot.
In addition, he writes that he transported members of the criminal association, destroyed the traces they left behind, but also helped the direct perpetrators to reach safe locations in order to leave Montenegro past the border crossings...
During that period, several users of that encrypted application asked Radulović about the murder of Roganović and his stay in Herceg Novi during the crime, and one of them stated: "Roganović was killed, they framed you."
After that, on May 1, 2020, one of the users of Skaj forwards to Radulović his correspondence with Milij Bajramović. In it, states SDT, the organizer Krsto Vujić he orders that the van be sold to a junkyard, and that they will pay the cost of everything.
Almost three months later, Radulović and the accused Miloš Gvozdenović communicate with the aim of taking action to remove the traces of crime in Herceg Novi: "On which occasion they reach an agreement that the van should be driven to a workshop near a certain Srđe, that it should be torn into pieces, and that the 'Audi' should be registered on other plates, possibly sold to someone" .
Subsequently, on June 26, 2020, with a person unknown to the prosecution, he comments on the murder of Roganović and comments on the fact that the authorities have an associate witness: "On which occasion the NN user expresses fear of what the associate witness can say, while the defendant Slavko Radulović replies that the associate witness of the critical day, and that on that occasion he was wearing a cap and glasses".
It is added that from his communication with Miloš Gvozdenović, it follows that, after the attackers were transported in an "Audi" to Grahov, he took over the direct perpetrator of the murder and transported him first to Podgorica, and then to Rožaj, trying to enable him to leave the country unhindered. past the border crossings.
"It is also confirmed that the role of the defendant Slavko Radulović, as a member of a criminal organization, is to transport members of a criminal organization in an 'Audi A6' passenger motor vehicle with the aim of leaving the territory of Montenegro, both from the content of the encrypted communication... and from the collected material evidence ... of the Police Administration", according to the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
In the Podgorica High Court, proceedings against Vujić, Bajramović, Miloš Komar, Dino Ibrahimović i Igor Glavaš, who are accused of participating in the murder of Roganović.
The accused Bajramović was identified as the direct perpetrator of the murder. He is on the run and an international warrant has been issued for him.
The search is also for Vujić, who is accused of being the organizer of that criminal group.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office then expanded the investigation in the same case, and recently filed an indictment against Igor Vukotić, Marko Radović, Slavko Radulović and Miloš Gvozdenović.
Miloš Đuričković was arrested a few days after the murder of the brother of a high-ranking member of the Kavačka clan, and after the interrogation he was given the status of an accomplice witness. He told the special prosecutors what role he had in the clan, that is, what his responsibilities were, who gave them to him"...
"You work for the European police"...
At the end of July 2020, the defendant Slavko Radulović, as it appears from the communication from the Sky application, sends Miloš Gvozdenović photos of a forged official identification card of the European Police Organization:
"In his name and with his photo," the indictment added.
One of the users of the encrypted application under the code 512D60, then demands that Radulović send him photos with the badge and states:
"Brother, I'm telling Nij that you started working for the European police"...
Radulović then, according to the prosecutor's document, on March 4, 2021, sent a copy of his official ID with his photo to the currently unidentified user of the Sky application.
Your money is with Mikeli
SDT claims that in Radulović's communications, the ones with Bajramović dated November 17 and 18, 2020, in which he informs him that he has prepared the money promised earlier, stand out.
"In the end, they reach an agreement to leave him money with 'Mikeli', which is the nickname of the defendant Miloš Gvozdenović," the indictment states, citing messages from the once encrypted Sky application.
