Due to the smuggling of cigarettes, on the order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, members of the Special Police Department arrested Đorđi Pavićević, two employees of the Revenue and Customs Administration, Ivana Kovačević and Veljko Đuričić, and Nikica Kovačević, a former employee of Pavićević's company.

Pavićević is the leader of KK Mornar from Bar.

"By order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, and after searching the premises of the business company 'P' DOO B., the Special Police Department detained Ð.P., the founder and responsible person of the company, as well as a former employee of the company N.K. and two employees of the Revenue Administration and Customs I.K. and V.Ð., due to the grounds of suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, falsifying an official document and smuggling by aiding and abetting," prosecutor and SDT spokesman Vukas Radonjić told "Vijesta".

He explained that the SPO will file criminal charges against the suspected natural persons, but also against the suspected legal person "P" DOO B. and three suspected legal persons, "A. D. C." , "A." and "L.I.", based abroad:
