The detention of Perović, Ojdanić and Lambulić was extended for another three months

The custody of Radovan Raš Perović and Bojan Ojdanić from Budva and Vjekoslav Lambulić from Podgorica was extended for another three months, i.e. until April 8, 2024.

This was decided by the Council of the Supreme Court of Montenegro, deciding on the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (STP) from December 29, 2023 for the extension of custody.

"The Council of the Supreme Court, composed of judge Milenko Seka Žižić as the president of the panel and judges Zoran Šćepanović and Seka Piletić as members of the panel, extended the custody of the defendant V.L. due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization from Article 401a paragraph 2 in connection with paragraphs 1 and 6 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro and two criminal offenses of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs from Article 300 paragraph 1 in relation to Article 23 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro. Against the defendant R.P. for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization from Article 401a paragraph 2 in in connection with paragraphs 1 and 6 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro and three criminal offenses of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs from Article 300 paragraph 1 in connection with Article 23 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro Against the defendant B.O. for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization from Article 401a paragraph 2 in relation to paragraphs 1 and 6 and two criminal offenses of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs from Article 300 paragraph 1 in relation to Article 23 paragraph 2 and money laundering from Article 268 paragraph 3 in relation to paragraph 1 and Article 23 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro," reads the announcement of the Supreme Court, which was published on the institution's website.

The detention of Perović, Ojdanić and Lambulić was determined by the decision of the investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica on October 9, 2023, and extended by the decision of the panel of that court on November 7, 2023, so according to the decision of the Supreme Court of Montenegro, their detention can last up to 8 April 2024.

They were arrested on October 8 by order of the SDT, in the action of that prosecution and the Special Police Department (SPO).

They were handcuffed on suspicion of having committed the criminal acts of creating a criminal organization and unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs.
