The police in Plav submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in that municipality against eight minors and two adults, due to the suspicion that they committed a criminal offense - violent behavior.

These persons fell to the ground as a result of the said spray when four minors from Gusinje attacked them and F.Q. gave blows with their legs and hands. Furthermore, the conflict continued, as the police suspected, around 17.00:XNUMX p.m., when a conflict occurred in front of a restaurant in Plav between F.Q. and two minors on one side, and two minors on the other side "During this conflict, S.H. approached the persons who clashed and hit F.Q. in the head area, who at that moment struck the minor with a metal object on the other side, in the hand area," the police concluded.
