The head of an organized crime group Radoje Switzerland he analyzed the political scene two days after the elections in which the DPS lost power and planned with his collaborators from the Kavački clan how to shake the "reluctant" people out of their lethargy.
"If those thieves from and around the DPS had done their job, and not yet stolen money for lk (identity cards), it would have been good," he states.
At the same time, he takes care of organizing protests in front of the Cetinje monastery and raising the morale of depressed citizens, in order to show that the state is not dead.
"Montenegro is now worse than in the nineties", said a man from Kotor accused of organized crime in a conversation with now escaped and arrested police officers Ljubo Milović and Petar Lazović.
From the transcripts of their communication, it can be seen that Zvicer evaluates the voter turnout in detail, angrily referring to the election results in minority communities.
"I would drive these Muslims out of the country," he says, after which he calculates who will join with whom in post-election coalitions. He adds that the president of the country should be elected Darko Šuković.
In the days before the elections, they also talk about buying identity cards all over Montenegro, when Switzerland sends lists of safe voters with hundreds of names...
"Look at the turnout in Muslim cities... This is pure conditioning," he wrote during election day.
Milović replied that it was because of the agreement with the Muslims "not to go out to vote".
Until the end of the day, they talk about the percentage of turnout in the municipalities, the election combinatorics, and at the end they are furious that it is celebrated with "other people's flags"...
They stole so much that it hurts for everyone
After receiving information from Milović about the situation with the won parliamentary mandates, he states that he will Ranko Krivokapic give support Milo Đukanović.
"They worked terribly. And I saw my God, no one will go with him, you can see it in the people, public opinion and everywhere. Mud him Duško K. (Knezevic) so everyone in order. I would eat them all, I would drive these Muslims out of the country", Zvicer writes and continues with the analysis of the election results.
Milović sends him that the previous opposition is celebrating with Serbian flags.
“I'm watching this on TV. Where is Ranko K., does he pass the census? acova (Djukanovic) the disease was visibly reflected", continues Zvicer and assesses that Krivokapić gained a little.
Less than an hour before midnight, he informs Milović that everyone from the headquarters of the Democratic Party of Socialists has gone home.
“Chaos. They stole so much and lived well, that they were sick of everything," writes Zvicer.
Zvicer, in a separate communication, asks Lazović if he saw who went on stage with Đukanović when he admitted defeat:
"So what will happen to them?" Dejected, they don't have the strength to die, and they love money more than their parents, they just snap. They did not give fuel coupons to people. "They're forcing us to do things, and they're keeping Bran and the like who don't ask in their own house," concludes Zvicer.
During the discussion about the election results with Milović, the head of the coffee shop says that he feels sorry for the country, but that "everything is changing now"...
"I'm the mother of them all! They were satirizing us, you and I know that. You can't put your ass on two chairs, because it's broken. The worst thing is that the opposition attacks us for being the regime, we have seen all kinds of attacks from the regime. Now you will see how these new ones will guard the mafia. I ate them all. They didn't give people vouchers. I'm calling for at least 2-3 hours to pick it up, they call two days before. No, he says, the opposition has torn everything apart... They are preparing fireworks. Well, this is the first election where the opposition was broad-handed... He gave me this idiot of a son to write with him. All this is because of Ac's illness. This is a big shame, arrest Duško Roganovića whose house ended up with more votes than Bran. I can talk until the morning... They don't know what Serbia is, here they are after exactly 100 years", writes Zvicer.
Tachi will be at Dritan's
He states that Milo will not give power and that he will, and that he will Edi Rama i Hashim Thaci come to Dritan Abazović home.
"All is not lost, but they know now how strong they are. Well, this is all the church... They don't need anyone, they betrayed the state... I gave them everything, even if they didn't have enough. Where are you, Slavko Perović, are you there?" Zvicer asks rhetorically.
They continue the story the next day, when Milović informs him that in some cities they celebrated until dawn, and that in Herceg Novi they hung the Serbian flag over an official vehicle...
"They sent me music celebrating. Mother of the world, what is made of the country, so many foreign flags that it is terrible. You see, they don't even die or anything. Now you will see how the uniforms will line up. "Milo thieves are writing on every corner from the Assembly to the street," he writes.
Even on September 1, the head of the bar worries about the election result, so he tells Milović that they must not lose the country after 100 years.
"They have to watch out for people who love and help the country, Old (Slobodan Kšćelan) satirized and put some nonsense to rest. He is better than Brane (Mićunović) 1.000 times. None of us is asking for any finance. I would Darko Šuković proposed for president, because Montenegro is worse now than in the 90s. We gathered a lot of people to go to the meeting, they are very listless and depressed. Those flags kill me. I'm telling you, no one will do it better than you Ramusha (Haradinaj), but no one. If it doesn't work, who will? What does he imagine he is? There is no one who doesn't get him through these, as he likes", he comments with Milović on the idea that a Kosovo politician is asking Dritan Abazović for the coalition he led in those elections to enter into an alliance with the DPS.
Gathering in Cetinje
The next day, Zvicer informs Milović that they have organized a patriotic rally for September 3, but also what the future plan is.
"Tomorrow is the CT meeting. It will be in front of the monastery and then a little walk, to show that she didn't die," he writes.
He also asks Milović for an answer - where should his people go to get the ID cards they bought: "If there will not be a new vote"...
He also tells him to give the money to Harry, and then again wonders if DPS can buy one vote, that is, a mandate...
"What does this dredger say about the elections? Can I buy one vote? Rakčević (Hot) holds Dritan. Tachi, an honorary citizen of Ulcinj, thanking Dritan"...
During the rally in Cetinje, they comment on how everything is going, and Zvicer says that they are sending him music from the protest, which is also written by Milović, who asks him if he knows the song he sent him - "Bojna chavoglava"...
"I don't know, it's our anthem. That's what he sang to you for Gotovina," Zviter replies.
Who is going to move to Russia?
Zvicer sends Milović a correspondence with Petar Lazović, but states that it will be the same for them after the election, rather than that he feels sorry for Montenegro.
He tells Lazović that there would be no other people's flags if "the law was a year's imprisonment" for those who display it...
"If those thieves from and around DPS were doing their job, and not stealing money for the car, it would be good, they didn't refuel anyone. And now they have Dak, Boban B., Duško K., Marović, Budvani list. This is all your pain, Acova, he alone would have gathered the people", wrote the head of the bar to Lazović.
That policeman replied that the people of Budva had told them that they were planning to attack them in the event that the then opposition won the elections.
If that does not happen, Lazović claims, the people of Budva planned to flee to Russia and Ukraine, "via Đur".
Then the informal leader of the Support Team in the most important police sector writes that it will be seen what the chief (Milo Đukanović) will decide, and then he says that he will not give the country without blood.
"I'm on that ship, so God forbid... we won't give it without blood," wrote Lazović.
The Swiss replied that he would have aborted half the people from that ship.
"Oh, I would have aborted half the people from that ship, I lost the country for which everyone died for me, I don't care for those scumbags!", said the head of the bar.
Bro, is it possible...
Brother, is it possible that Slobo called Dritan to meet... Z asked me last night to ask you," Lazović sent on September 11, 2020 to the head of the bar.
Along with the claim that Kašćelan did not do that, Zvicer also explains what they did to get that politician to side with the DPS.
“We have some Alb. who are fine with him and we said that they influence, but we didn't call him"...
I am old and I will take Dritan's head with me
After the election, Zvicer states that Abazović is now wondering about everything, and then asks Milović for confirmation - that the leader of the Citizens' Movement URA was threatened by one of their acquaintances...
"Is it true that he told Dritan... 'I am old and I will take your head with me'"...
Milović then informs him that Abazović is making a live guest appearance, and Zvicer asks "what program is that rock on".
Then she shares with him the information that the politician's brother and sister are in Serbia...
“Here I am looking at these. Dritan asks them everything," he writes...
