A member of the criminal group charged with a double murder in Verusha said that if they found DNA on the evidence seized during the investigation, they would kill the then director of the Police Department. Veselin Veljović and a police special officer Mirko Banović and his brother Marinka.
He discussed it with the policeman Peter Lazović, who informed him about the progress of the investigation into the liquidation of the people of Podgorica Nemanja Prelević i Danilo Peković, killed on October 17, 2020, in the town of Uvač, on Veruša.
After he explains to Lazović that everything they had was "clean", that no one knows what they were driving at the time of the liquidation, and then he says what will happen if a biological trace of one of the participants in the liquidation is found on the bottle removed during the investigation.
"They drank brandy from a bottle. If Banović and Veljović arrange what they are going to do...".
According to the indictment, Beranac Marko Zekic On August 5, 2020, he physically clashed with Nemanja Prelević in the "Garden" bar in Podgorica, after which he decided to kill him and informed the other members of the criminal organization he founded...
"They have nothing. They don't have a vehicle, nothing, nothing... They trashed it bro. If only these chicks that were left, this Banović and the lady...", sends that Beran who makes sure that DNA "does not get mixed up" on the bottle...
Lazović answers him on several occasions that they are hiding from him whether or not he has DNA, but he also sends a screenshot of a message he received from a colleague who asked him about it.
“No, he was mixed. At first it was thought that it was from a guy from NK, but it is Sandra (Kovacevic) later ruled out that possibility, and we also checked him in detail through a polygraph, listings and video surveillance", that inspector wrote to Lazović, and the latter forwarded it to the killer with a note not to tell anyone.
"Just don't mention it to anyone, because they would bury me," he writes.
The two have been talking about the investigation for days, and Beranac insists that the police cannot reveal anything, because they cleared everything:
"Brother, only when you can't keep a calm head. They don't know what the killers got away with, they have nothing. Let him fuck him. That's it, brother, now we sleep peacefully and move on," this Beran sent to Lazović already on October 21.
He states that the inspectors have nothing, but also that they heard that Veljović's policemen and Banović are leading the investigation.
Queen to call Bošković
Lazović replied that the investigation was being conducted by the Sector he was managing at the time Enis Baković, but also recounts that Banović and the team around him are interested in how the investigation of the murder is progressing.

Fifteen minutes later, another member of the Beran crime team calls him from the same phone:
"Brother, that's known. This is what you wrote with Apis until now. Who the hell are they? We will hold on and stay that way if they get stuck, if they want to stay calm, let them sit down. So, we're not going to force it, we're letting them choose, so let them choose... Say hello to dad, let's take it easy now, follow only Danilovgrad and Ladano. Even after four days, the residents of Beran are asking Lazović about the results from Forenzički, stating that they have to come out with it "by Friday".

Lazović claims that he told Banović and Bajčeta that he was a brother with the Beranci, but also that he told them that they had nothing to worry about if they didn't "make waves".
"I said - what does it have to do with us? I am their brother above. Hello, you're headed in the wrong direction, if you don't poke and prod at them, there's nothing to worry about," Lazović recounts what he allegedly said to Banović and Bajčeta.
"It turned out this way to respect dad, not to be in the crowd. Just let them crawl into the hole and put their tongues in their souls, you rotten pussies. Just keep quiet. They were involved in the investigation, they revealed everything they knew", he gets the answer...
The policeman replies that he also knows that "Prelevic was a brother" to Banović and Bajčeta:
"And now that they are dying of fear, Prelevic is scum...".
Indictment
The Special State Prosecutor's Office claims that they became members of that criminal group Miomir Ž. Djukic, Dragan Z. Biletić, Vasilije M. Đukić, Mirceta M. Mihajlović, Nenad M. Miličić i Branislav S. Ivanovic, Goran M. Milašinović i Dragan Tarić.
According to the evidence submitted from France, Zekić informed the other defendants about the conflict he had in the "Garden" bar via the Sky application and told them that he had made the decision to kill Prelevic.
"From further communications from August 5, 8, Zekić announces that he made the decision to take the life of Prelevic Nemanja precisely because of the fight he had with him and with Bajčeta Vladimir and Banović Marinka in the 'Garden' restaurant. In those messages, Zekić states that he had a gun with him, which he left behind, and at the same time he asks the other defendants where Prelevic lives, what kind of vehicle he drives, and where his house is located, that is, what is the street where the victim's house is located," he writes. in the explanation of the indictment.
Lazović used to send photos of the murdered people to the bars
Police officer Petar Lazović sent photos of the murdered Prelević and Peković to members of the Kavac clan through the once protected Sky application, and he also discussed this with his colleague Ivan Stamatović, who has been on the run for months.
On October 18, 2020, he sent "Ode Neco" to Stamatović, followed by photographs of the prisoners of Podgorica.
"Mirko told Žil that this is a disaster, a guy to a lamb, because of the fight he wanted to iron out," adds Lazović.
