Martinović: Punish the attackers of the supervisors, we will do everything to help the NPCG deal with such problems

The Minister of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North, Vladimir Martinović, condemned the attack on the supervisors of the Protection Service on Lake Skadar and called on the authorities to find and punish the perpetrators.

"After the publication of a gruesome video of an attempt to injure a supervisor of the Protection Service on Lake Skadar, appalled by the recklessness of the attackers - poachers, which could have led to unfathomable consequences, we strongly condemn these and all similar activities and call on the competent institutions to take all measures to find and punish the perpetrators of this act "It is difficult to find adequate words for these and all those who have committed such crimes," Martinović announced.

He said that the ministry will therefore do everything to help the National Parks of Montenegro to deal with "these and similar problems".

"The Ministry will reward the fearless members of the Protection Service for their courage and, above all, their professional behavior," the minister concluded.
