Two suspects for the attack on the supervisors of the Skadar Lake National Park (NP) - Vojin Prenkić (31) and Dušan Klikovac (42) were arrested and taken to the Podgorica Security Department, multiple sources from the Police Directorate informed the News.
The initial information that a monk of the Kom monastery, a certain Filip, was also detained, has not been officially confirmed.
According to the same information, Prenkić and Klikovac will be held criminally responsible for the attack on the head of the supervisory service Vuk Saičić and his colleague Marko Gluščević.
Due to the destruction of the phone of the head of the Protection Service of the Skadar Lake National Park and the threats made to the supervisors, the monk will be charged with a misdemeanor.
The news has unofficially learned that the arrested Prenkić and Klikovac are charged with the criminal offenses of assault on an official in the performance of official duties and illegal fishing.

The Police Administration has officially announced that two people have been arrested for attacking employees of the Skadar Lake NP Protection Service.
"Regarding the attack on the employees of the Protection Service of the Skadar Lake National Park, the police officers of the Podgorica Security Department deprived two persons of their freedom. Namely, from VP (30) and DK (41) from Zeta, notifications were collected for the record in relation to the above-mentioned event , and everything is known to the prosecutor, by order of which they were deprived of liberty on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal fishing and the criminal offense of assaulting an official in the performance of his official duties," reads the statement of the Police Administration.
The announcement adds that in relation to the third person who is a participant in the event, the existence of misdemeanor liability will be appreciated since the prosecutor declared that there are no elements of a criminal offense in relation to the actions of that person.
The Police Administration announced earlier that the Podgorica police identified the persons who physically attacked employees of the Skadar Lake National Park Protection Service on Saturday evening.
