Pljevlja police filed criminal charges against BB, VM and D.Š., all from Pljevlja, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal trade.
It was announced from the Police Administration that the Pljeval police implemented a planned activity in the territory of their jurisdiction with the aim of preventing illegal trade in excise goods - cigarettes, and that searches were carried out at several locations.
"A certain amount of cigarettes and cut tobacco was found and the police officers of the Security Department of Pljevlja submitted criminal charges to the competent prosecutor's office against BB, VM and D.Š., all from Pljevlja. They are suspected of the criminal offense of illegal trade," the announcement states.
The Police Administration said that apart from that, in relation to one person, the prosecutor will subsequently declare the possible existence of a criminal offense that is being prosecuted ex officio.
