The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) is preparing to start a financial investigation in the case against the so-called team from Grand, due to international cigarette smuggling, Vijesti has learned unofficially.
Several people were arrested in a large-scale operation by members of the Special Police Department (SPO), and one of the alleged organizers of smuggling was identified Aleksandar Aco Mijajlović, informal co-owner of Bemaksa company.
Investigators, according to insiders, have a huge job ahead of them to follow the money trail and determine who owns the assets worth millions that are linked to the suspects and related persons...
Mijajlović's name is not officially in that company, although he has been known for years as a co-owner of that construction giant.
He is the sole owner of the company "Easy Drive", which was registered in 2007 for car rental - car rental, but also engaged in construction.
That company had several multimillion-dollar deals connected with the company "Bemaks" and the First Bank. It is registered at the same address as "Bemax", "Genex" and several other related companies.
According to data from the register, the company made a net profit of 2020 million euros for the period 2021, 2022 and 1,9.
According to data from the cadastre, the company also owns 1.000 square meters of office space in Podgorica, a large land complex and halls in Podgorica where the "Titeks" factory used to be, over six thousand square meters of land in Miločerski Park...
Bankruptcy administration of "Vektra Montenegro", the former company of the businessman Dragan Brković, in September of last year, announced that it had sold part of its property to the company "Easy Drive" for 9,6 million euros. Mijajlović's company then became the owner of 29.000 square meters of land near the former Titeks factory and the former "Vektra" business premises in Bar worth almost 600 thousand euros for nine million euros.
In November 2021, Mijajlović's company registered a large land complex of 6.286 square meters in Miločerski Park, which was sold to it by Prva banka. After taking over this land 250 meters above the coast between Kraljeva and Kraljičina plaža in Miločer, "Easy Drive" registered a mortgage in favor of Prva banka for 5,1 million euros in the name of payment of the purchase price until October 2024. Until two years ago, the company was also the owner of eight apartments from 45 to 106 square meters and six garages in the luxury tourist-residential settlement of Kostanjica. In 2019, according to the Law on Free Access to Information, the non-governmental organization MANS requested from the Monteput company a copy of the subcontracting contract and all annexes between CRBC and "Easy Drive" in connection with the construction of the Bar Boljare highway. Monteputo replied to MANS at the time that they had no insight into the subcontracts, but confirmed that the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs at the time had issued approval for the engagement of this subcontractor.
Mijajlović's name is not officially in the Bemax company, although he has been known for years as a co-owner of that construction giant. However, he is the director of the company "Alec Montenegro", whose founder is Bemax, which was founded in 2013, operates at a loss (in 2022 of three and a half thousand euros) and has no significant assets.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the company "Arena B", whose founder is also Bemax, which operates at a loss (in 2022 of 419 thousand euros) and the most significant asset is equipment worth five million euros.
Mijajlović is an authorized representative of the company "S & I Invest", whose owner is Bemax. According to the financial statements, "S & I Invest" operates at a loss (in 2022 of 372 thousand), and almost their only assets are advances for real estate of 14,6 million euros. In the amount of 14,2 million euros, they have a debt to "parent and dependent legal entities".
Mijajlović is also the executive director of the company "Monte Media FZCO" from Danilovgrad, whose headquarters are in Bandići, Municipality of Danilovgrad. This company was founded in 2022 and at that time had a loss in business of 28 thousand euros. The most important assets of the company are advances for real estate of 1,4 million euros, and in the amount of 1,3 million euros, it has debts "to parent and dependent legal entities".
Until 2018, Mijajlovic was with Ranko Ubović co-owner of the company "Hidroenergija Montenegro", which has ten small hydropower plants in the north of Montenegro. The current owners are Ranko Radovic i Oleg Obradovic. Until two years ago, this company had a safe purchase of electricity of around eight million euros per year, from the money that all citizens pay through their electricity bills. After that, the company withdrew from this system and switched to the exchange sale of electricity due to higher prices.
Others arrested Golub Vojinović i Dejan Jokic they are co-owners of 25 percent of the company "D&G" from Podgorica, which is registered for the trade in beverages. That company was founded in 2021, and in that and the following year it realized a loss of 30 thousand euros.
Golub Vojinović, together with Vukašin Vojinović, owns the company "Lupo D'Argento", whose headquarters are on Cetinjska put in Podgorica, and that company is the owner of the restaurant of the same name in Žabljak, which until 2020 had the license of the Tobacco Agency for the retail sale of tobacco products .
