The police will determine whether the behavior of supporters of the opposition parties in Šavnik has misdemeanor responsibilities.

Supporters and councilors of the opposition from that town prevented the beginning of the session of the Šavnik Municipal Assembly today.

Councilors of the Coalition for the Future of Šavnik request that the session be postponed because, as they claim, it was not scheduled according to the law, since eight days must pass from the date of the appointment, and it was scheduled for Friday.

The Police Administration announced that the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlje assessed that there was no criminal offense due to the break-in at the Šavnik elementary school.

"The police officers of the Šavnik Police Station were informed today around 14.45:XNUMX p.m. by the officers of the Šavnik Municipality Assembly that, according to them, there was an unauthorized entry into the building of the Municipality of Šavnik by several persons. Acting on the report, the police officers were among the persons who reported the incident collected notifications, and introduced them all to the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlja, who stated that the actions of the reported persons do not constitute the elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio," the police announced.

It is added that the officers of the Šavnik Police Station will continue to take measures and actions within their jurisdiction in relation to this event.
