"You played along, General, so you thought we wouldn't break in, and I couldn't believe that you did all this. I loved you for Adja, I wanted to die for you, Daka (Damir Hodzic) says before the meeting, they have correspondence, if I don't come back your godfather (Ratko Zivkovic) and you killed him, General," he sends him Emil Tuzovic, hidden behind a nickname Barmalos.
This happens after the Captain was captured by the Kavaka criminal clan, and then, on their orders, he framed yesterday's comrades from the opposing criminal group. They discovered it after some time and communicated it to him in direct messages on the Sky application.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) indicted 31 people for the murder of Hodžić. Adis Spahić and Radulović. The indictment presented that Radoje Switzerland at the end of July 2020, he ordered the kidnapping of Hodžić and Radulović, because he considered them to be close associates of the previously murdered Alan Kožara knew where he hid money and drugs.
"Radoje Zvicer, as the organizer, between the end of July and the second half of August 2020, the defendants Radoje Živković, Milan Vujotić, Dragan Knežević, Marko Miljković i Great Belivuk, ordered to find them and kidnap them at the right opportunity, and then in an insidious way, out of reckless revenge, base motives - intolerance and hatred and in order to establish supremacy, members of the opposing criminal organization, Mile Radulović and Damir Hodžić, took their lives," the indictment states.
At least the Swiss did not betray theirs
The head of the Skaljar clan Jovan Vukotic and part of his criminal team first believed Radulović and his phone messages, while he assured them that there were traitors among them.
Then they play a game with him - pretending to be trapped, and at the end they tell him that they will pay with their lives for everything.
The leader of the Skaljars also writes that Radulović called him to come to him and told him that he had taken houses in Bar and Žabljak, so that no one would know: "You idiot, you're small, you're still small. Vule is on your side, it's a misfortune. You still poisoned him"...
2020.
Mile Radulović was killed. According to the claims of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, members of the Kavac clan strangled him after brutal torture, and then burned his body on Lovćen - on a pyre made of car tires. Vukotić was killed almost two years later, in September 2022 in Istanbul
Members of the clan then remind Radulović that he told them how he was Risto Mijanović set up by Hodžić. Vukotić then threatens him.

Colleagues from the clan insist that Radulović explain to them why he forced Baćović's brothers to be killed:
"To crush us even more, have you caused us a bit of misery?" asks Barmalos, and Vukotić continues by stating that "it is easy to make war on Sky"...
Vukotić then says that Belivuk and his team are to blame for the death Lazar Vukićević i Aleksandar Sarac, and that they were all sold by the Captain.
This was stated, among other things, by Montenegrin and Serbian investigators during investigations into murders near Podgorica and Belgrade.
"Velja (Veljko Belivuk) and his godfathers kill people for them, and you take money from everyone. You sold Laza and Sarca tried, so I broke you then. Little Salvatore broke you in, luckily, everyone already has it. You sent Salvatore and Sarco to open the Sky Velji feedlot, hahaha. Well, it didn't work out for you. But Lazar told his father that if he wasn't there, you killed him, you idiot," Vukotić wrote to him.
In the Sky messages on the day of the murder of Vukićević, that is, Hodžić and Spahić, Marko Miljkovic he wrote to the team in Serbia informing them that they had finished the work in Montenegro...
"Brother, there's nothing I like better than when we flayed Laza, so brother, I can't describe it to you... Look, we flayed Laza, we flayed Kasap (Hodžić), we flayed Zet (Spahić) and here's the Captain, We'll skin him too in a few days, that means the four brothers today, we killed them, and all the key ones," Miljković sends on the encrypted application.
You should have died honorably
After hundreds of exchanged messages in which the scammers reveal who Radulović "sent to slaughter", Vukotić apologizes to him for not financing their associates while he was in prison for two years.
"You didn't send a cent to anyone in prison, not even to families, so that everyone would start hating us, that everyone would hate us," he states.
They also explain to him that all the messages for the scammers he set up came from their moles from the Kavac clan...
They accuse him of killing Damir Hadžić only because Kožar trusted him more than him, and they tell him not to drink the water of the story that those two liquidations in Greece were arranged by Baćović, because only the Captain knew where Baranin and Kragujevčanin were hiding.
Baramalos tells the Captain that he should have died honorably if he was kidnapped by the Kavkas, but Vukotić rules out that possibility.
"Who is kidnapped? I prayed to God that he was kidnapped, we are waiting for the location to rescue him. And you're hiding there in CG... You prepared the rocket launchers for me, are you kidding? The godfather is shooting at me, little bitch," Vukotić asks him.
"If he had been kidnapped, it would have been easier for us. If only they knew that he sold us to trouble, and not because of sick thinking. I don't know why, General, we all gave you life on a platter. Why did he sell us?" Tuzović asked him.
Vukotić asks him to write anything, to again accuse him, Baćović, Lopičić or Mijanović of being traitors, so he concludes:
"This will go down in criminal history, no one has ever done this. Come on, give me a solution, General Captain".
In May, the control of the indictment
The High Court has scheduled a hearing for mid-May to review the indictment against the defendants for the murder of Hodžić, Spajić and Radulović.
This happened after the last hearing was postponed due to a kind of protest by the lawyers, after the High Court separated the proceedings in relation to the three people from the indictment who are abroad, in order to continue the process against the other 28 defendants.
Because of that, the defense attorney left the courtroom, and the defendants said they were canceling their power of attorney.
The High Court said that they are doing everything to finish the proceedings on time and prevent the defendants from being released due to legal possibilities.
Less than three years must pass from the filing of the indictment to the passing of the first-instance verdict, otherwise the accused are released from prison.
