Vanja Burda (32) from Tuzla was the second arrested for complicity in the murder of Baranin Radovan Marković (29), Vijesti has learned.
That multiple returnee in the commission of the most serious crimes was arrested today, in an action by the Sector for the fight against crime and the Podgorica police.
He was handcuffed a few hours after the police officers arrested Haris Kočan (29) from Beran, who is suspected of having killed Marković at around 18 pm yesterday.
Those three members of the Skaljar clan yesterday, according to the police, planned to commit a serious crime to the detriment of one or more members of the criminal organization opposed to them.
According to Vijesti, their target was members of the Cetinje cell of the Kavac clan.
Kočan and Burda were detained for up to 72 hours after the hearing at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office.
Note: Initially, "Vijesti" was unofficially told that Burda was also questioned at the High Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica.
