"The DNP points to the fact that it is high time that the state of Montenegro not only declaratively, but also concretely proves to Europe, as its ultimate goal, that changes at the state level have really been initiated on our European path. And that all authorities open a a new page of the affirmation of the rule of law, which clearly marks the progress of Montenegro towards European nations and standards.
