Duško Knežević is a victim of political persecution and terror by the DPS regime headed by Milo Đukanović, and he will present his findings in this regard, his defense lawyer, lawyer Zdravko Đukanović, told the media, ahead of Knežević's hearing before the investigating judge.
Đukanović confirmed that Knežević had brought with him material evidence that he could use in his defense, but he emphasized that in the conversation with him he would decide on the dynamics of presenting that information.
"The cause of this proceeding is actually the order of the executive power headed by Milo Đukanović to confiscate Duško Knežević's entire property, the immediate executor of that order was Milivoje Katnić, and the biggest proof that it was unfounded and that there is no evidence for it is the circumstance that Katnić he is currently in Spuž and many more charges await him," Djukanović said.
