The arrested former chief special prosecutor Miivoje Katnić today ended his hunger strike and informed the High Court about it, "Vijesti" learned from several sources.
According to the same information, Katnić asked for water, juices, yogurt, but also to receive an infusion, which was done immediately.
Katnić was arrested on April 14 by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, that is, the special prosecutor Miloš Šoškić.
He and the former Assistant Director of the Police Administration, Zoran Lazović, were handcuffed that day by officers of the Special Police Department, headed by Predrag Šuković.
They are accused of working as GST and assistant directors of the Police Administration for the benefit of the mafia clan.
SDT suspects Lazović of amining the opening of the Montenegrin border for the entry of mercenaries and the organized criminal group Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
Both of them are accused of saving a high-ranking member of the Kavaka clan, Duško Roganović, from serious charges.
