The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Nikšić, after the hearing, issued a decision on the detention of Ž.B. and submitted a proposal for detention due to the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community, according to the statement of the ODT.
"There is a well-founded suspicion that Ž.B. on May 27.05, 2024, in the family home in Nikšić, used violence to injure members of his family, his wife and daughter," the announcement reads.
