Correspondence of members of the criminal Skaljar clan conducted in September 2020, shows that the heads of that organized criminal group supplied cocaine to several prisoners, who allegedly coordinated drug dealing despite the ramparts.
From the conversations held by the now deceased at the end of September Mile Radulović called Captain, Damir Hodzic whose nickname was Butcher and Lamb Vladimir Ulama, it is stated that the prisoners were also provided with phones with crypto-protection.
The detainees and one convict who were allegedly involved in cocaine smuggling are mentioned by the Skaljars by name, and they claimed that they were supplied with the expensive white powder by the now-deceased leader of the Skaljar criminal clan. Jovan Vukotic i Vladan Radoman.
Hodžić and Ulama are the first to talk about it, and then Hodžić and Radulović, and they start after they learned from the prisoners that their colleagues from the clan had smuggled cocaine into Montenegro.
From the correspondence, it is clear that they are furious that they are not involved in that work in which, as they claim, the three defendants in two of the most significant criminal cases in Montenegro are participating.
Ulama and Hodžić during August 2020 are discussing the war with members of the organized criminal group Kavački Klan, so in this context Hodžić suggests Baranin to get closer to the people of Cetinje who, he claims, are in Vladan Radoman's team and offer them to "act" together.
"If they don't want to, let them go their own way... We don't need them," writes Hodžić.
After less than two months - on September 30, Hodžić received information from that interlocutor that the people from Kotor and Cetinje had acquired "goods" and immediately forwarded it to Radulović
"I just heard that the Skaljars have transferred goods to Montenegro", Hodžić writes to the Captain, who is interested in "what kind of goods" and where they got them from.
"I don't know, they said they also have Jovica and Radoman," he replied.
Radulović then claims that he doesn't have one: "I don't have one, they didn't call me!!! But let it!!!”.
Such an answer infuriated Hodžić, who told the head of the Bar branch of that clan to ask them for money.
"Well, if I gave them everything in the world, you have to ask both of them for money for this stench. When you decide to say”.
The captain explains to him that he can't think about it at that moment, but also promises to solve everything: "I can't think about it now!! But we will solve everything!!! Who are they offering goods to, is it the Ulama?” he asks.
Hodžić answers that they are offering Ulama and the detainee and that they are both doing it - Vukotić and Radoman.
"And who offered the Ulama among them," Radulović repeats.
He asked for my brother. He says I always took it from Adj... I said I don't have it and he says... He has Jovica, Lj wrote to him. to ask him. I didn't want to. I said I don't know, my friends don't," writes Hodžić. Adžo is the nickname of the now deceased Alan Kožar, who was killed two months before the prisoner asked Hodžić for cocaine."
"Both... Radoman Ulami an hour ago, and Jovica Lj...", explains Hodžić.
The captain then suggests that Ulama take the cocaine and tell the skals that he gave it to him.
“Uhhh I would take everything from them!!! But wait until I think about it," he adds, after which Hodžić forwards him the correspondence with Ulam.
Radulović is then interested in where Serdar - Jovan Vukotić and the detainee they mention are in contact, and he gets an explanation from Hodžić that they are in contact, but that in fact he is not sure which of the two detained persons of the same name it is.
He also explains that he was told this by a long-term prisoner, who also asked him for cocaine... And that that prisoner also confirmed to him that Vukotić and Radoman had "goods"...
"He asked me brother. He says I always took it from Adj... I said I don't have it and he says... He has Jovica, Lj wrote to him. to ask him. I didn't want to. I said I don't know, my friends don't," writes Hodžić.
Adzo is the nickname of the deceased Alan Kožara, killed two months before the prisoner asked Hodžić for cocaine.
After that information, Radulović asks Hodžić: "Tell Ulama to say that I need goods!!!!", which he does and forwards the correspondence with the Captain to Ulama.
After that, Hodžić insists that Vukotić and Radomani be asked for money when they "work" Radoje Živković, called Yellow:
"And these just need a word, brother, for this stench, to give money when it comes, but individually to Jovica and Radoman".
Radulović replies that he already took money from Vukotić...
"OK, the same should be taken from this, everything is theirs, because Jovica will take it from him right away for sure, their mother is theirs... And now I told the Ulama to write to him for 10 pieces"...
"I'll take it. And let Radoman tell me what the price is," Radulović writes to him, and after asking how much, adds "10 pcs."
"Let him say the General is looking for. And to give me the price... Yes, let him say that I need it!! I will not buy, but I will pay when I sell. I guess he knows that," explains Radulović.
He received the answer from Hodžić: "No, we will pay him right away." The best thing is for him to tell us"...
It follows from the conversation between Ulama and Hodžić that Radoman replied that he could only get a piece.
"Well, yes, it will be Serdar who told him to say no... Take them a piece at least for sure. To see the seal", Hodžić answers him...
Hodžić and his son-in-law, who had no criminal record, Adis Spahić, with the help of Radulović, the Kav residents were lured into a trap and killed on October 14 of that year.
They were liquidated in the Stanjević Rupa neighborhood in Spuz, in a house Ratko Živković and that after they came to the alleged meeting with Radulović.
Prosecutors claim that he killed Hodžić Marko Kilibarda, while he was held down on the floor by Veljko Belivuk, and several of them liquidated Spahić.
According to SDT files, they were awaited in that house by Živković, Marko Kilibarda, Aleksandar Paunović, Stevan Kraljević, Veljko Belivuk, Nebojša Janković, Marko Miljković, Gašić Blagoje, Gašić Dejan and three other members of the organized criminal group, the Kavački clan, whose nicknames Sky applications include Rosi, Kortez and Dom.
The prosecutors explain that Živković, originally, on Zvicer's order, had been persuading Radulović to come to the meeting for days, in order to lure him into a trap.
According to the documents, Živković waited for Radulović, Hodžić and Spahić at the Spuška mill that day, after which Radulović got into his car, and the other two followed them in an "Audi A4" to the house in Stanjevića Rupa.
Radulović was kidnapped that day, brutally abused for two months, and then killed.
The case of kidnapping and murder of Milo Radulović is in the same indictment as the case of double murder in Spuz.
