The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Nikšić, after the hearing, issued a decision on the detention of M.Č. due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of assaulting an official in the performance of his official duties, according to the ODT announcement.
"There is a well-founded suspicion that M.Č. on June 09, 2024 in Nikšić, when he was deprived of his liberty by the officers of the Police Administration - Nikšić Security Department, threatened to attack them in the performance of official duties," the statement reads.
