The police and the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor have established that last night in the Special Hospital for Psychiatry in Dobrota, the detainee Radoš Lješković injured another detainee MV
According to unofficial information from the Police Directorate, the incident took place last night around 21:XNUMX pm at the Department for Forensic and Forensic Psychiatry, where both detainees are placed by the court's decision.
Allegedly, Lješković stabbed MV several times in the neck area with an improvised dagger, and then hit him several times with his fists. At the same time, he also received injuries, but refused a medical examination.
The interlocutor from the Police Administration said that MV is not in danger, that is, that he was inflicted with superficial wounds with an improvised dagger.
"The prosecutor's office has been informed about the event, which will subsequently declare the qualification of the crime," said the same source.
On June 4, Lješković was arrested in Nikšić, after a forty-day escape. Previously, on April 25, he escaped from the Forensic-Forensic Psychiatry Department in Dobrota.
He was deprived of his freedom in Nikšić, in the apartment of Željko Joković, a security-interesting person, in Trebješka street.
For days, the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor has not responded to Vijesti's question - whether Lješković will be prosecuted for the criminal offense of escape of a person deprived of liberty. It is not known how Lješković was placed again in SBP Dobrota, from which they recently announced that the Nikšić man had no place in the hospital.
After he escaped from the psychiatry on April 25, the director of that health facility, Dr. Aleksandar Macic, told Vijesti that they immediately informed the police about the escape and all the circumstances of the escape, which also carried out an investigation, and then sent notifications to the courts before which they are being tried proceedings against that patient - due to a series of criminal acts.
He also explained the way in which Lješković escaped from the Department for Forensic - Court Psychiatry for the third time.
“Using a handy tool, small bendable hacksaws (we don't know how he got them) he cut through the bars, waited for security to take a group of patients to the gym, then bent the bars and ran away. Our hospital has no fence or external security. It is about a clever criminal, a simulant, who certainly does not belong in a hospital. The reasons for the escape are the lack of training of the staff who did not teach schools to guard criminals but to practice medicine. Fortunately, most patients in the court ward are aware that they have a psychiatric problem and are happy to be there. At the very least, the chronic lack of staff, the overbooking of the hospital and the complete construction and technical inadequacy of the space are equally to blame," Mačić pointed out at the time.
Note: In the original version of the text, "Vijesti" mentioned the name of the injured detainee. We apologize to the family and readers.
