The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica announced that they ordered a detention of up to 72 hours for O.Đ. who, as they say, physically attacked and injured LK, a year younger, in the courtyard of the mixed secondary school in Golubovci
He is charged with a criminal offense - violent behavior in conjunction with a criminal offense - grievous bodily harm.
"The suspect physically attacked LK, a year younger, in the courtyard of the secondary mixed school 'Golubovci', injuring him," the prosecution announced.
The police also announced the case, saying that O.Đ. (18) was arrested by the Podgorica police for violent behavior and injury to a minor.
"These persons, by agreement, met in the grounds of a secondary school in Golubovci, where a verbal and then a physical conflict arose in the presence of several persons. After O.Đ's failed attempt to injure the injured party with a suitable tool - a metal rod , he got into his passenger motor vehicle and made physical contact with the injured party, to whom he inflicted serious bodily injuries," the Police Directorate announced.
"The state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed about the event, on whose order a criminal complaint was filed against O.Đ. on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior in conjunction with the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm," it concludes.
