The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) today submitted four criminal charges to the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica against foreign nationals due to the well-founded suspicion that VM, H.Č, AP, GM submitted false and untrue educational documents, for which secondary schools are responsible in the process of recognition of foreign educational documents on acquired secondary education, determined that they are not credible, the MPNI announced.
