In the High Court in Podgorica, the trial of the defendant Stefan Đukić and the other accused continued for the murder of Jovan Klisić and wounding of Velizar Gardašević in Bar.
The defendant Danijela Mandić stated before the panel of judge Amir Đokaj that she will defend herself by remaining silent.
"I have nothing to say in my defense. I will defend myself by remaining silent. I do not admit to the crime," Mandić said.
The indictment stated that on November 1, 2019, the defendant Stefan M. Đukić, as a co-perpetrator, committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder, that is, that with 15 shots fired from an automatic rifle, he killed Klisić and wounded Velizar Gardašević, while his wife, mother and half-brother - Danijela B. Mandić, Zorica Đ. Đurović, Vuk V. Lakićević, then Marko M. Vujadinović, Hasip B. Murić, Andrija B. Glavičanin and Bojan M. Vuksanović are accused of creating a criminal organization.
Glavičanin and Lakićević were charged with illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances, while Đukić was also charged with the same criminal offense.
The defendants Đukić, Lakićević and Vujadinović are accused of having attempted to kill Gardašević in Bar on August 20, 2019, that is, of having committed the criminal offense of attempted murder as co-perpetrators.
