Stefan Djukic i Vladimir Ulama they arranged at one time to break into a building in Virpazar and steal a ton of marijuana from the people who were growing it there.
It stems from the communication of those two members of the Skaljar criminal clan from the Sky application, from September 2020.
Đukić was in a Ukrainian prison at the time, after being arrested for participating in the attempted murder of the leader of the Kavčan Radoja Zvicer. It happened in May of the same year.
Đukić from Kiev starts the conversation around 14,30:XNUMX p.m.:
"Look at this, brother, what I wanted to ask you, do you know some guys who planted wild flowers near you on Vir (Virpazar)"?
Ulama replies that he heard the story about it and explains that the team "broke into" someone's house in order to plant marijuana.
"That house is with me on interest, brother," said Ulama, calling the owner a fool.
Then he asks Đukić why he needs that information and how to help him:
"And what do you need brother"?
"Brother do you know them"?
"I didn't poke around, I don't know who's planting, I know that it was mentioned that this guy is in the house... I can poke around, brother... There's no one here to do anything, brother, all the accidents, just say what you need and if you know who they are, yes we catch them", says Ulama.
Đukić then replies that he heard that they have a lot of drugs and that they need to break into their house.
"Brother, there's a ton of weed, let's break in and steal it... That's what I thought," Đukić explains.
Ulama then writes again that "it is rumored" that they do this with "one that I gave him on interest".
"Come on, if you can figure out who they are, where they are, let's go"...
Đukić then says that these are located in Godinje (a village in Crmnica), and Ulama says that these are not his, because they are located in Gluha do.
"Come on, find out if you can," says Ulama.
"Tonight I will know your name correctly", announces Đukić and says that they are working with Albanians.
The ulama answers him to find out: "Well, let's get organized to kidnap it... Let's send it off when they pick it up." To kidnap".
His interlocutor says that he knows for sure that "they have the goods" and that they are "finishing them now".
After that, Ulama explains to him that "there are rumors" that some Albanians are coming to Vir and that maybe they are you...
Some time later, Đukić contacted him and informed him that the grass had been "harvested":
"It's harvested, brother, they dry it and pack it"...
"Come on, write to me tonight so we can invite them," Ulama tells him, and Đukić tells him: "That's it, brother"...
Ulama then explains that he will know where the house is when the interlocutor tells him the name, after which Đukić explains that they are under the godfather's house VN from Godinje...
He receives an answer from the Ulama that he does not know the person he mentioned, but that he knows where the houses of his surnames are...
“I'll find him tonight. If we invade, will you send two more to help me? There are some of us here, but it's better if there are 5,6 of us", asks Ulama.
His interlocutor from the Ukrainian prison informs him that he will also send guys and that it is better to have as many of them as possible: "Because we don't know how many are there".
They also talk about the fact that it would be good loot if they find and steal even 200 kilograms of marijuana, because a kilogram is 1,8 thousand euros, and then they present the plan to Ulama.
"We'll shoot them with guns, brother, try to tie them up, if they wave something, we'll tear them apart and then set the house on fire," he writes.
Đukić explains: "Masks, guns and we go in", and then announces that he will send a "tool"...
"That's a jackpot for us, brother," he states, to which Ulama replies that he will push himself and his team a little with that loot.
"That's right, brother, everyone should be fine, we'll sell it all right away," writes Đukić and forwards correspondence with members of his criminal group to Ulami - Emil Tuzović whose nickname is Chechen, and the bar skaljar who used nik on Skye Rivers.
In that group chat, they announce that they will send "seven guys with Kalashnikovs to attack them and beat them all"...
They state that there must be at least half a ton to a ton of marijuana in Godinje, and up to a ton...

And in that group, they agree to steal the drugs that night - September 18, 2020.
Baranin, writing behind the nickname River, tells them not to:

Along with the forwarded correspondence, Đukić explains to Ulama that his son-in-law knows everything about it.
"My son-in-law knows all that, brother, it's not an empty story. I was supposed to buy those goods from them, so it's better for nothing if we take them while we can," he says.
They also comment that they will not allow Albanians to work with grass in their village, and a little later Đukić explains to Ulami whose house they are in exactly, to which Ulami replies that whose comrades these are and that they are from Kavčani.
"Let's just kill everything for him and take it away," writes Ulama, and he gets the answer: "Yes, brother, that's it, it's even better to skin them all in a heap"...
After the "reconnaissance" Ulama explains that they couldn't go all the way to the house, without being noticed, and that they will film it with a drone tomorrow.
Then he explains that it is impossible for weed to be produced in G.'s house because the police come to search him every now and then...

After a whole day of plans to seize the loot, Ulama tells Đukić that less dust will be raised if they don't kill anyone, but just "tie them up" and take the drugs away.
Baranin agrees with him, and states that Albanians will fall asleep as soon as they knock and say "police"...
For the next two days, the "team" scouts with a drone, and then they find a marijuana plantation, so Ulama sends a photo to Đukić.
They also state that a lot of grass has been planted and that they have to follow for a few days while they harvest it, and then they consider a plan for them to go and harvest the marijuana...
"The general says that we will harvest it," writes Đukić, and they are working out a backup plan for the harvest - how many guys should stand guard, how many vans they should buy to load the goods, where they will dry them, who will keep the Albanians "tied up"...

All their plans failed at the end of September, because, as they write, the rain destroyed the plantation, so even the owner did not harvest 10 kilos...
Who are Ulama and Đukić?
According to the claims of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), Ulama is part of a criminal group that planned several liquidations at the behest of the now deceased Milo Radulović.

The indictment presented that the defendant Stefan M. Đukić, whose last name was Mandić, on November 2019, 15, as a co-perpetrator, committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder and killed Klisić and wounded Velizar Gardašević with XNUMX shots fired from an automatic rifle.

In addition to that indictment, Đukić is accused of ordering the brutal beating of a former female judge from custody in Ukraine Biljana Uskoković, before which that criminal group was once held accountable for the murder of Klisić and wounding of Gardašević.
